It comes from the UK, so no Italianen plug, but an adapter is cheap enough.Micron size, sorry no idea, i simply don't have that sort of equipment to measure it, but it makers smooth paste.

can you get parts for this machine? I bought one, but the paddle is now broken. I have requested parts but have not heard back.
