Not great for music
The sound is okay for podcasts. Not great for music. The battery life is good. Lasts as advertised. It fits my right ear great. The Bluetooth connections starts to break up after 20 ft so be aware. The mic quality is not that good though. For the price you can't complain too much.Update: after 2 months the button broke and it is useless. I found no information to contact the seller. If they contact me and correct this I will change my rating. Please contact me.

Works after falling into coffee
It's a cheapie, But for the money it works fine. It fell out of my ear and into a hot cup of coffee, it was in there for about 40 seconds until I fished it out with a spoon, and dried it with a paper towel. Still works. Giving it 4 stars. Didn't give it 5 because it falls out of my ear.

Does the job!
Battery is good. Music plays loud enough to tone my supervisor out at work! But it breaks up back when your phone is not by you. So the distance is horrible before you start losing connection. But I’m happy with the purchase and the price of it!

friendly and superior customer service
This product I use with my kindle and it really works as expected. After a month, it quit holding a charge, even if I tried to charge on a different charging box. I contacted the company and they quickly replaced my earbud with no problems. The email communication was very efficient, friendly and superior customer service. Customer service to me, especially when there's a problem, will always keeping me coming back.

Came with wrong charging cable, used?
I bought two of these and gave as Christmas Gifts. One came with wrong charging cable. The person I gifted thought it was used (embarrassing)! I would NOT buy again.

Big!
Way too big for my smaller ears. Even looks big in my husband’s ear. Would return, but he’s keeping them for backup.

Ok for the price
Good size, clarity is good. The charge doesn't last all day if using it for music but it was only $16 so I really didn't expect it to be flawless. I really liked it for about a week. Then somehow the volume level went down & I cannot increase it. My phone is at max volume but I still can't hear it.

good great battery life
Works ,good great battery life, inexpensive, though mine fell out of my ear while I was standing on a six foot ladder,broke on impact. ...if you buy one of these avoid 6 foot ladders
