Amazing actually. *by V***I on 31 July 2021* Order to help with serious long term IBS; bloating like a 6 month pregnant woman and constipation. First time, took with a light meal, half a slice of bread and half a bowl of cereal. Within an hour or so, I needed to go to the toilet, I was able to evacuate my bowl with ease, such a relief. 2nd time, the same result with addition of bloating not happening.
