After reading many reviews I decided on this Andrew James model. It is a great looking kettle, very contemporary in design and I have to say it... I do like the blue lights (Bit of a geek I'm afraid <>). While the kettle works very quietly and boils quickly no matter how full it may be, the build quality is a little iffy in places, notably the handle which is a little wide/thick (even for my normal sized guy's hands) and is not put together particularly well.... The different components of the handle move a little when using. However the rest of the kettle appears to be of good build quality and the plastic materials used in it's construction feel like they will stand the test of time. I do like this kettle and would recommend it to anyone looking for a mid-range product. Packaging was excellent and it also comes with a 2 year warranty (as long as you keep the original packaging).
