A: Depends on lighting and your reptile. I have good  quality lighting for daylight and uv so use without d3

**Q: how long does 1 last for?**
A: I have several herbivorous reptiles and only use a few times per week and lasts a month or 6 weeks. Q wasteful on leaves

**Q: Is this ok for dart frogs**
A: Sorry I couldn't say as I use it for my Leopard Geckos.
