Nielsen Massey Pure Vanilla Extract 118 ml

I had the best experience with the seller of this product (I accidentally ordered 2) It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company and the extract is good too. It does have a strong alcohol odour to it, but when that burns off whilst cooking you are left with a nice vanilla flavour. I actually made a vegan caramel sauce today and the extract just brought the whole thing together, I'm very pleased with it. At the moment, I'm in the process of writing a recipe Ebook and all the recipes need to be cooked and tested, so a lot of ingredients are needed: extracts are difficult to find at a reasonable cost. However, this company offers a cheaper product and a second to none service; so I'll definitely be purchasing from them again soon.

I am from Portugal, I only could find this product in specialized stores and is so expensive (23 / 20 pounds) or higher. This extract is very good and is cheap considering the quantity vs. price. It adds a lovely taste to my recipes. They send it very well protected, no risc of breaking or spill and damage other products in the delivering. I had no problems with the order and it arrived in 3 days. This extract was good purchase. I would recommend it.

I was initially looking for vanilla paste or vanilla pods to make my own paste but I decided to try this instead due to the price. Surprisingly, it has turned out to be a good substitution. This product is great value for money as a little goes a long way so there is no danger of running out of vanilla during baking. I have found it to be strong in comparison to the vanilla extract I had bought from ASDA.

This is wonderful stuff. Never buy fake "essence" again. This is the real deal and you really don't need to use a lot to get a wonderful fragrant hit of vanilla in your baking. Yes, it's expensive, but YES it's worth it!

Good vanilla taste and smell. Value for money One small issue: the alcohol smell/taste (when not cooked) is a little bit overwhelming. But after being cooked/baked the alcohol smell is gone.

Use this all the time in my bakes, give a great flavour. Only drawback is it is expensive

This is a decent vanilla extract but the vanilla flavour should be stronger. A good store cupboard back up but I'll probably make my own in future, I believe home made ones are long lasting and easy to make.

Don’t settle for cheaper substitutes, this is good quality for baking etc.
