Very nice product! Got it for some guests I had over and they find it very comfortable. Easy to inflate or deflate. If you told it properly it can go back in the box and you can store it easily. Worth it.

Arrived on the day it was due and sent from UK to France so am very happy as unable to purchase anything that seems as good or has as good reviews or is as reasonably priced here. Set it up to test a few days ago and as per the instructions the in-built electric pump works well, I used it with a continental adaptor here in France. It takes about 3 mins as described. Very comfortable, it has been up for 4 days now and it does lose a bit of air overnight, especially if it is cold and it is a bit chilly here at the moment and we have a tiled floor, but easy to inflate a bit before use again. So far very happy, haven't used it for camping yet, so my post further when I have tried this, but won't be until next summer! (So much better already than one my other half paid £40 for in Decathlon last summer, which is a small double and ridged across and much thinner - it really was the most rubbishy and uncomfortable thing giving me dreadful backache - we ended up using an old air mattress that deflates on top and still horrid). I am now very much looking forward to camping next year and using this new, comfortable air bed with my new Snugpak 5 sleeping bag. I hope it fits in my tent - should do the small double has loads of extra room around it (3 man sleeping compartment) and the tent is tall enough to stand up in so no problem with the height of this. It is also going to be super useful for guests, we have a spare bedroom at present, but this may change, so we didn't want to purchase another bed and have no where to put it - this will solve the problem perfectly. So far so good - would recommend.

This has been great. Inflated really quickly and is apparently pretty comfortable for an inflatable.

This inflatable mattress is the same width as our normal bed and is about 13inches deep. It inflates and deflates in about 3mins from the built-in electric pump. We bought it so we can sleep in a cooler room down stairs in this very hot weather. It looks very good. It should last for some time if used carefully and on a soft floor such as a carpet.

This bed was purchased and delivered via Amazon on 25/07/2024 for our daughters occassional visit from France. She slept on it for 5 days in August and it was comfortable and had no problems. When she returned for a further 7 days of stay exactly 3 months later, the bed started to go partly deflated overnight. It then required pumping up twice daily. It has no discernable leak and was only deflated using the electric pump. No signs of leakage from the air plug. So either the seams or the plastic material leak. Totally unacceptable given its £85.00 cost. Amazon will not deal with a return despite it having 12 month warranty. The manufactuers state on their website, that if the product has been used, then the warranty is void. How are you supposed to know if a product is fit for purpose if you cannot use. This is a clear contravention of consumer legislation which requires 12 months warranty minimum. Amazon and its sellers need to stop taking customers for idiots. Also there is no way to speak with either Amazon or the manufacturer. Amazon call back system will not move on when you put your telephone in its so no call back. The manufacturer or seller does not have a telephone number. Amazon 0800 tephone number which is a Uk designated freephone code , states the following, This number cannot accept calls from the country you are calling from. Really, should I try calling from India or South Africa, of course the 0800 will not work from there either. So no customer service. They could not get worse if they tried. It looks like small claims court is where this is headed. Unless this email provokes a satisfactory response with a refund or replacement including all transit costs within seven days. I also require the Head office addresses to send the small claims paperwork to, in the event of an unsatisfactory response.

Absolutely brilliant, my grandson slept on this for a week and said it was so comfy. Easy to inflate and deflate. Thinking of buying a single one. Prompt delivery, so all good.

I only inflated it once to make sure it had no punctures as it is not needed till July Left it inflated for two nights, did as instructions said and topped it up after a few hours It stayed inflated and looked good the pump was easy to use and store Deflated easy

The airbed itself is excellent, very comfy and supportive, to the point where we choose it over a bed. It has never leaked and it's somewhat easy to fold it back up, although it probably won't ever fit back inside the original box. Unfortunately after only a few uses over the last two years, the pump failed (a persistent weak point with airbeds). I contacted ActiveEra, and they don't sell replacement parts nor do they repair products, so it's probably not economically worth attempting to fix the pump; just buy a new airbed. Given the waste and poor value from only using it a few times per year at most, we probably won't be buying a replacement from this company.

J'ai été très satisfait de ce matelas gonflable Active Era. Une fois installé, il est vraiment confortable et offre un bon maintien pour une ou plusieurs nuits. C'est une excellente solution pour recevoir des invités ou pour un usage ponctuel. Le gros point fort est la pompe électrique intégrée : le gonflage est extrêmement rapide et ne demande aucun effort. Le dégonflage est tout aussi simple, ce qui permet de le ranger en quelques minutes. Une fois plié, il prend très peu de place, ce qui est idéal lorsque l'on manque d'espace de rangement. Il est facile à stocker dans un placard ou un coin de la maison. Le seul point à prendre en compte est le niveau sonore de la pompe. Lors du gonflage ou du dégonflage, elle fait un bruit comparable à celui d'un aspirateur. Ce n'est pas un problème puisque cela ne dure que quelques minutes, mais il vaut mieux éviter de l'installer tard le soir si d'autres personnes dorment à proximité. Au final, c'est un matelas gonflable de très bonne qualité, confortable, facile à installer et à ranger. Je le recommande sans hésiter pour accueillir des invités ou comme couchage d'appoint.

I just received my delivery and It didn't come with the bag as promised in the item contents. Still feels very soft despite blowing it for a long time. I hope it last though

Soluzione rapida, pratica e soprattutto economica. Serve un secondo letto per un parente giunto a sorpresa!? Per un amico/a di vostro figlio/a!? Questo materasso é perfetto e costa poco. Si gonfia in 3-4 minuti a seconda del grado di durezza (e se peso che dovrà reggere) che desiderate. Si sgonfia in egual tempo. Richieste presa della corrente 10A (quella piccola). Leggete bene le istruzioni sono consigli utili per non fare errori banali. Se il materasso resta in carico (gonfio) per più di un giorno occorrerà gonfiarlo per un minuto per compensare la dilatazione del materasso (é normale) e possibili piccole perdite dalla valvola. Nulla di che ma potrebbe risultare più morbido del voluto. Attenti a non dormire su un letto sgonfio perché la colonna vertebrale non vi ringrazierà il mattino seguente. In conclusione é una comoda aggiunta che può trovare il suo degno spazio nel ripostiglio, pronto per essere adoperato.
