Does this bond gems to leotards ?

Never tried but I glue gems to shoe heels in wood, leather and suede and had no problems them coming off.

Will this glue velcro strips to thick felt?

Hi i would definitely say it would stick it then leave it over night

It should do never try to intentionally stick fabric to wood with it however when I gem costumes I use wooden boards to stretch them and if I'm not careful they end up stuck to the boards. Don't know if that helps.
