Does this have grapefruit in its ingredients?

I don't know, I started making my own with the dried elderberries sold on amazon 1 cup berries(soaked overnight) 2 teaspoons ginger 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 Teaspoon cloves Bring to boil Simmer for 1 hour Leave to cool and pour into a clean bottle Pour in a good 3-4 squeezes of runny honey, shake well, voilà your own virus busting syrup, about 15mls per day 👍😉 keep in fridge

How much sugar does the extra defence liquid contain? I’m trying to decide between the regular sugar-free liquid or the extra defence!

Unfortunately, I have finished what I was using and so, have no reference with which to answer the question. I do prefer sugar-free though.

How does this compare to Sambucol Original? Is it as good?

Hi sorry for delay. I'm maybe too late however I swear by the Sambucol range and feel that the extra defence is slightly stronger. Whereas I give my boys the normal one during the winter months especially, I save this one for when they/I'm a bit more 'head cold' type of thing/or run down. Hope this helps. J.
