It does not have a clip to go over the chair so it sits too far low on your back making my posture worse. Shame because it is comfortable but I just can't get the bump at the right height.

This product is good for my back, however, I have to get used to having a smaller space on my chair!

I had lower back injury which eventually got resolved. However, due to spending long hours driving on the road the lower back pain came back. I bought this lower back support pad to support my back once I'm on the road and I have noticed the difference immediately. The pain got less intense and my back felt more supported.I also use the pad at home or when I am working at the desk.The only reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is that the straps to secure the pad are not adjustable so when I am driving I feel the pad keeps slipping down. I need to constantly adjust the pad to be in shape with the spine.

This is far too big for a standard office swivel chair unless it is to be used by a very small person. Using this makes the base of the seat too small to sit on comfortably, which sort of defeats the purpose,.

Es cómodo y hace su función de sujetar la espalda. Me lo compré porque me cuesta mucho mantener la postura y tengo una hernia, con lo que las malas posturas me pasan factura enseguida.Lo único malo es que da calor, pero estamos en agosto así que supongo que es normal.

No me acaba... si lo pongo pegado al asiento me es súper incomodo apoyarme para trabajar en el ordenador 👩🏼‍💻 para poder usarlo algo me toca subirlo por encima de los lumbares para que se me adapte algo . Es creo demasiado robusto.
