How do i change refil

With the pen I have, the silver tip at the "business end" unscrews. This allows the old refill to be pulled out, which, in turn, pulls down the "carriage" with a hole in the end where you push the new refill. You push that, firmly right back, so the silver tip can be screwed back on - end of operation!

will this fit the Filofax Calipso pens?

Sorry no idea mine is the Filofax mini and fits this fine.

Hi Filofax organiser pen refill I have are 6.5/7 in length and on pack says "will fit most organiser pens except 061007 and 061040 I have a Filofax mini Finsbury Hope this helps
