Great quality and very thick

For the price, you can't complain. It's soft and looks nice. Not really suitable for wood/laminate flooring if you have an energetic dog, like we have. As she ran onto it, she had a temporary skateboarding moment. In other words, it easily slides across the floor. But that's my fault, I should have checked to see if it was rubber backed. Not the sellers fault. I rectified this by buying a grip mat. Now it stays firmly in place.

After reading the reviews, it took me a week to decide whether or not to buy! When it first arrived rolled up, I opened the end and was pretty worried that it was going to be flat and bald. Once fully opened out, I swept my hands over a couple of times to raise the pile, and left it to settle. I'm so glad I decided to order, as once it settled, it actually looked pretty good! Colour is as expected, as is size and although it's not exactly soft to touch, it feels soft and spongy under foot. Overall, I'm quite impressed with this and think it's pretty good value money. Very pleased with these rugs, they look attractive and are very good value I was unable to answer the question regarding cleaning as I have no intentions of needing to clean them for a good while although they can be vacuumed with no problems. A good rug at a resonable price. The Taupe colours fits very well with my colour scheme of brown,mink and cream.

I bought a rug last year and I was delighted with it. So much so, I thought I'd buy another one, so I returned to the original Amazon order and clicked on "Buy it again". When I received the new rug the quality was far inferior. I asked the supplier, Rugs Supermarket' why that was and I quoted my original order number. After investigating the matter they told me that although I clicked on "Buy it again", Amazon directed me to a different supplier to the original supplier, which was BPIL. They offered me a refund, which was good. but they would not refund my return postage, as it wasn't faulty; just inferior. This left me £14 out of pocket (more than 50% the price of the rug). They suggested I try to reclaim the cost from Amazon because Amazon led me to a different supplier when I pressed "Buy it again", but that's not my problem - after all, I didn't press "Buy something similar but inferior". Moral of the story: avoid Rugs Supermarket.

Value for money on this is amazing! I can also vacuum it which was a bonus. To look at it it looks like any other expensive rug and the colour (taupe) is a I expected. To walk on it does feel slightly less comfortable than a plush expensive rug but for £27 that's well worth it! I've had it 3 weeks so far and it's as good as new but ive not bought It for longevity at that price. Well impressed.

Good rug for the price. I have wood flooring and returned mine as it was too light and slipped when I stood on it. Ideal to put on a carpeted floor.

I recently purchased this rug for my bedroom after replacing it with a fluffy rug which was a dust magnet and an absolute nightmare to hoover. The fluffy rug would get sucked in and cause the hoover to malfunction causing no ends of misery. After being fed-up with it all, I was too happy to see this shaggy toupe advertised at the price I did and making a quick purchase. It's plush without being a pain to clean or being a dust magnet. Though it's a shaggy rug it does not get trapped in the hoover which is an absolute relief. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.
