Half the price of the shops !
Like many, I'm not really sure if these have any real benefit or whether it's just the placebo effect !? I took these consistently for a long time and whilst I can't say for sure I felt any better for it, during all the time I used them, I never got a cold or had flu, which prior to using them, I would always catch a cold and would struggle to shake off longer than anyone around me ! Can't say I felt any more energetic for having taken them though. I now only take them from Autumn through winter and alternate them with cod liver oil capsules (extra high strength) every other day. Between them, they seem to keep colds at bay and working out at the gym twice a week, seem to ease the inevitable aches and pains on my poor ageing bones !Do they actually do anything (?) , not sure but if they help minimise the effects of colds, aches and pains, I'll carry on using them. Plus, these are £10+ a box in the chemists and supermarkets, almost half price here, just shows what a rip off the shops are ! Two months for the price of one !
