OXO Good Grips Dustpan & Brush Set

This is the perfect little dustpan and brush. It's compact and neat, and it just tucks away nicely in their little spot hidden. The brush is just perfect; it gathers everything, even the smallest particles. What I find with other dustpans and brushes is that it flicks the dirt sometimes over the pan. The bristles on this are soft, and it's soft enough to get it on the pan without flicking it everywhere. It's ten out of ten for me.

So good for everything around the house, even for cleaning out the water gutters from the roof. OXO products are always fantastic quality

Perfect when storage is limited takes up little space

The pan and the brush look very good, and feel good too. The brush is ergonomic and is nice to use: The wide design means you can hold it like a wall (paint) brush it you want, sweeping it towards you and the pan. The handle stays very firmly locked to the pan too, when stored and not in use. With cheap conventional sets, the handle begins over time to not clip so smartly into place when stored, and can get dislodged. With the OXO, because of the design of the handle, this doesn't look like it will ever happen. The only downside, and it has also been mentioned in a review I saw, is the rubber lip of the pan:This was actually marketed as a plus, because it would mould itself to uneven floor contours. All well and good, but the trouble is, is that dirt and dust have a tendency to stick to rubber, and I have seen this myself. You can mitigate this problem to some extent, if you do the following: When you have "painted" most of the dust/dirt into the pan, for the stubborn bits left that tend to stick to the rubber, rotate the brush so that the thin side/end is toward you. I found that flicked this way, the brush was able to get nearly all of the stubborn bits in even with the rubber lip. Not five stars because of this, but I am still glad I bought it.

Quality materials used. Its functionality does what it’s intended to do and clean sweep everything away. Very good value for the money paid. It would have been better if you had different colours to pick from, but it’s not a deal breaker.

OXO Good Grip Dust Pan Set Hi Everyone: It’s usually hard to find nice and interesting things to say about a dust pan and brush combination, but in this case it is surprisingly easy. Both these OXO pieces ( brush and pan ) have been engineered perfectly for the task intended. The brush is curved very so slightly to a perfect angle that is super comfortable when using, and the dust pan has an orange lip that goes from one side to the other and it is very soft. Being this soft this orange strip lays down perfectly onto any surfaces, allowing the dirt to be swept into the pan with precision and ease. Both pieces are a sand / soft grey color that look beautiful with the orange and black coordinates. The inside area of the pan has a gloss sand / grey surface, and is flat coloured sand / grey on the outside. The brush sand / grey colour is all glossy both sides. It is absolutely just the perfect size when compared to all the other dust pans I have ever owned and held in my hands. The OXO people did it 100% perfectly on this item as usual. The dust pan is about 12.5 inches long and 8.25 inches wide, and the dust pan handle is 1.75 inches wide and 3.5 inches long and very easy to grip securely. The pan will sit flatly on the floor on its very own ( you don’t have to hang onto it ) and you can sweep the dirt into the pan using just one hand. The brush is 11.25 inches long and the broom part of the brush is 6 inches wide with the handle being 1.35 wide and 3.5 inches long and is flat and easy to secure firmly. When not in use the brush locks into the handle of the pan and both can be stored in a hanging position on a wall etc, via the large holes in both the handle and the brush. My last dust pan combo was a well known brand name that I paid about seven dollars for on sale, and It never worked correctly or efficiently and looked horrible. So needles to say that this was a major double increase on the spending for this item. I’m very pleased to report that I am super happy that I made the decision and chose this item over another “ useless ” Rubbermaid Dust Pan Combination. It’s so beautiful looking, I now display it openly in my laundry room. It is indeed A few dollars more but I recommend this product 100% to everyone that uses a broom to clean their floors. It will sweep you off your feet instantly. Another 10 out of 10 product for the OXO Corporation . I hope my review was helpful.

Gran producto. Muy compacto y resistente. Ideal para espacios pequeños. La escobilla tipo brocha es genial para esquinas o partes angostas en donde una escoba no entra muy bien.

This dustpan and brush. Well one would say it is just a dustpan and brush. Well this one isn't expensive but it does a great job. The bristles are soft and brush up the dirt so easily without leaving any behind. I would say that I was so tired of dustpan and brush sets that I thought I would pay a bit more and with a label I know, Oxo. Through other products I have bought. This will last a lifetime and it is so easy to use. Best one I have ever bought. Thank you.
