Being able to angle the arms upward so the lens don't touch my cheeks is really nice. I don't notice any reflection in the lens from sides or behind me like some other pairs I've tried. Downside is they can't be worn with prescription glasses. Excellent value. They are in the style of sports glasses, like cyclists and cricketers wear and so are quiet close to the eye. I would not recommend wearing them with other glasses. **Q: are these glasses good for television viewing?** A: You can watch TV with them sure but no blues will be visible... **Q: Do these help with severe light sensitivity ?** A: Yes I would say, reasonably, they do/would. They attenuate brightness, particularly from electronic displays, very, very well (considering that they are not blackened lenses) and exclude blue light excellently. Being wrap-around, and exceedingly ergonomic at that, and not planar, also further attenuates the brightness from the periphery and secondary, indirect light noticeably. Not knowing the actual severity of sensitivity of your eyes, nonetheless, I think it’s fair and advisable to say yes they do indeed.
