Great sugar replacement!
I bought this because Xylitol is really harsh on my stomach, but I wanted the benefits that xylitol offers, especially in terms of dental benefits, so when I found out about Erythritol, I had to give it a shot. It's definitely not nearly as sweet as sugar, you do have to use a bit more, but unlike with xylitol, I haven't found any GI distress when using around 2-3 teaspoons in a cup of tea. It doesn't have that nasty metallic taste that other artificial sweeteners have. It does have that slight cooling effect of xylitol, but I don't think it has a minty taste, personally. Very happy with this purchase, will be buying it again!

NKD Living Erythritol (Granulated & Gold) – My go-to natural sugar swaps!
As someone who’s been gradually cutting down on refined sugar, I’ve tried a fair few sugar substitutes—but NKD Living’s erythritol products are by far my favourites. I’ve been using both the 1kg granulated version and the 500g Gold erythritol with stevia, and they’ve earned a permanent spot in my kitchen. 🍰 NKD Living 100% Natural Erythritol – 1kg Granulated This has become my daily sugar replacement. I use it in coffee, tea, smoothies, and baking, and it performs beautifully. It looks and feels almost identical to white sugar, with a clean sweetness that doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste like some sweeteners do. ✅ Zero calories ✅ Doesn’t spike blood sugar ✅ Dissolves well ✅ No bitter aftertaste It’s perfect for low-carb, keto or diabetic-friendly baking. I’ve made muffins, brownies and even meringues with this and everything turns out great. It does have that typical erythritol “cooling” effect when used in large amounts, but that’s expected and doesn’t bother me. 🍯 NKD Living Erythritol Gold with Stevia – 500g This one really impressed me! It’s a brilliant substitute for brown sugar, and I now use it in cookies, crumble toppings, oatmeal, and marinades. It has a richer, slightly caramelised flavour, thanks to the stevia blend, and gives bakes that deeper, golden sweetness. It smells amazing too—like real brown sugar. You can tell this has been thoughtfully made to mimic the taste and texture of traditional golden sugar. 🛍️ Packaging & Value Both come in resealable pouches that are easy to store and keep fresh. They’re a bit pricier than regular sugar, obviously, but for the health benefits and quality, they’re absolutely worth it. Plus, a little goes a long way, especially with the Gold variety. ✅ Final Thoughts I genuinely love these products. They’ve helped me maintain a healthier lifestyle without giving up sweet treats. If you’re on a sugar-free, diabetic, keto, or just generally health-conscious path, these are worth trying. Highly recommended combo! I’ll definitely be repurchasing both.

Good sugar keto substitute but not for me long-term
I purchased this product back in 2020 during the lockdown while following a strict ketogenic diet. I used it for baking cookies and other low-carb treats, and at first I found it worked well and I enjoyed using it as a sugar alternative. However, after some time I experienced some stomach discomfort, which may have been due to using too much or my sensitivity at the time. I stopped using it and the issue went away. Overall, it was a good product for me initially, so I would still give it 5 stars, but I would not personally use it again now that I’m no longer on a keto diet.

Good sugar alternative
I've been using this 100% natural erythritol as an alternative to regular sugar, and overall I'm quite happy with it. I mainly use it in drinks, baking and a few desserts when I want sweetness without using as much ordinary sugar. It's easy to use and looks quite similar to granulated sugar, so I can measure it without any difficulty. It dissolves reasonably well in hot drinks, and I've also had good results using it in some of my baking. I like that there are no complicated added ingredients, as it's simply erythritol. The sweetness is pleasant enough for everyday use, and I find it useful to keep in the cupboard as an alternative sweetener. It isn't exactly the same as normal sugar and has a slightly different, somewhat cooling aftertaste, particularly when I use a larger amount. It doesn't bother me too much in coffee, tea or recipes with other flavours, but it's more noticeable when tasted on its own or used heavily. I also find that I sometimes need to adjust the amount because it doesn't taste quite as sweet as regular sugar, so it took me a little experimenting to get the sweetness I wanted.

Tastes Like Sugar, Zero Calories, Pet-Safe
This erythritol is an excellent sugar substitute. It tastes almost identical to regular white sugar, without any unpleasant aftertaste, and works very well in baking, hot drinks, and general everyday use. The granules dissolve nicely, and the sweetness level is very close to sugar (around 80% as sweet), so in most recipes you can use it almost one-to-one. One big advantage is that erythritol is not toxic to dogs, unlike xylitol. So if you have a furry friend at home and enjoy baking, this is a much safer option to keep in the kitchen. It’s also worth noting that erythritol has zero calories, does not raise blood sugar, and is suitable for keto, diabetic, and low-carb diets. It generally causes fewer digestive issues compared to some other sugar alcohols, and NKD Living’s version is clean, fine-textured, and high quality. Overall, this is a reliable, natural sweetener that tastes very close to real sugar, performs well in baking, and offers a healthier, pet-safe alternative for anyone looking to cut down on sugar without sacrificing flavour.

I would definitely recommend.
I decided to try this as I am prediabetic. You have to use more than sugar in your tea/coffee but has a natural taste. Unlike other sweeteners. Does work out more expensive but I don't mind for the sake of my health. I haven't used it for baking.

Not bad, but would prefer it were sweeter...
Nowhere near as sweet as some other xylitol products on the market. As someone else pointed out you need to use twice the amount so lets it down somewhat.

What I was looking for
Love to use it for everything. Healthy baking, adding to homemade nut milks, adding it to homemade ice cream.

Lifesaver
I love it. It’s so perfect. I dislike sugar because of its sweetness, so the fact this tastes less sweet is perfect. It’s just a little annoying with baking — the measure is off sugar wise. You have to experiment a bit with how much to use. I do find it too expensive per package.
