Galpharm Diarrhoea Relief 2mg, 6 Count (Pack of 1)

Whilst visiting the coastal town of St. Ives in 2021. We visited a sea food establishment to partake in some fine cuisine and beverages. Whilst sat with friends my stomach started gurgling so I asked the waitress where the gentlemens latrine was. Upon arriving I started to sweat. What can only be described as cold black coffee came squirting from my colon with such force I swear i levitated slightly off the seat from the thrust. I returned to the table and had a hearty giggle with my chums about the previous event. Shortly after I was dashing back to porcelain palace to address the minions. I released a deluge of crude oil that decorated the chod bin with second hand Cornish pastie that been put through a blender. After a few more visits I decided to visit the local pharmacy to advised me to purchase this brand. I took the chaps advice and bought them along with a bottle of water to take them with. We walked along the harbour front then I had to dart into the facilities behind the lifeboat station to yet again drain my sphincter into sharks bay. However. That was the last bout I had as these tablets had took effect very quickly. Would highly recommend

I've ordered these repeatedly so many times over the last few years since trying them out & I know that they will always do what they are supposed to do. I'm in my 30's now and have always struggled with numerous medical problems with my bowels since being at school. I take Buscopan quite a lot for my IBS but also use these on a regular basis for both the IBS & also since being diagnosed with chrone's. Almost any foods can start my stomach problems off at any time which is extremely frustrating to say the least, so to find such a great product as this at such a great price means it's a temporary solution for me to have until the next bout starts again. I keep plenty stashed away in a cupboard as I know that I'm going to need them before long. Same with if I go away anywhere, I always take a box of these with me just in case. Highly recommended to others who have similar problems. Hope this info helps.

Just what I wanted

I used a whole pack of these while traveling in India and then bought some more. I would not recommend the experience at all, but these tablets are OK in an emergency. They DO NOT permanently stop "the flow" but instead they made me painfully constipated to the point where I could feel the tablet expanding and moving through in my bowels. However, I would still rather take these pills than crap myself and it is far better to get a good nights sleep instead of going to the toilet every few minutes.

Nice small capsules, easy to take and are tasteless. They contain the same active ingredients as Immodium and other more expensive brands, except with these you're not paying for the brand logo. They work exactly the same as the expensive products. They do their job and they do it well. I'm only 32 but over the years my body seems to have become more and more intolerant of certain foods, so these are good to have around for when I discover something else that upsets my tummy.

Phew, it's been a tough un over crimbo, as I'd had the eartha kitts from Xmas eve to 27th,nowt was open in between so it we're litterally eye of a needle malarkey, nite time was worst as didn't fancy night after night sat on council gritter as me and are lass had just got back together cos I'd been inside for a quick stretch and she had a thing going on with this butch skin head bird who used to work at our EX local chippy I'd Got perma barred for knicking an half full jar of pickled eggs, I'd been on night nurse for me man flu, didn't no taking full bottle before going out it could send ya doolally with scrumpy? But I gotta say meds worked straight away no messing had a cracking nites kip, recommended big style but not with night nurse and cider. Gonna buy some more for next crimbo as these are cheap.

These tablets are brilliant for upset stomachs and are handy to have around. I also keep a packet of these in my camping backpack as sometimes we gather water from waterfalls or lakes and if you don't be careful its easy to get an upset stomach and that is the last thing you need if your out in the sticks camping. So yes i definitely recommend having a few packs of these laying around. Hope this helps.

Works very quickly. Really good stuff BUT be careful. If you use it slightly too long then these will bung your back end up haha. Better than the other way around though. As the Americans may say, these things saved my butt.
