The scoop size is a lil too big for me cuz i hv been using ON since a long time. However, its absolutely fine. The thickening agent used in this protein is i guess a lil too mch, i dont like too thick shakes. Hence i add more than 250mls of water to it as per my taste. Its also on the sweeter side, however kindly note no sugar is used rather artificial sweeteners are used. Mixes very well 💯 No bloating or gastric issues. Easy to digest. The title says 50g protein to attract newbee, however its per 2scoops mentioned in small letter at the end of the dabba. I hope this review helps! And u must try this coffee flavor!

I am purchasing this for second time and same issues I found even this time. Though mentioned free daily vitamin tablets but not provided inside or outside the bottle. Mfg date 3 months back was also Apr 24 and the taste and texture is not good towards the end. Same mfg date even now so no fresh lot provided by seller. I will have to buy from AMB mall shop as they have latest mfg products.
