Catchmaster Reusable Outdoor Fly Trap, 2 Hanging Blue Jars with Bait

Jars are a big size. Comes with everything you need to install it in the yard. The only thing I hate about this type of fly traps is the smell. The smell of the bait when you add water and then the smell of nasty dead flies on top of that as it fills up. I tried using this dry with quick strike fly bait so I didnt have to deal with the water stank, but it's too enclosed. So, I ended up putting a little water in there to pull them in and it works. I have yet to empty it, but I expect it to be pretty gross. However, it's gotta be a lot better than trying to dispose of the plastic bag versions when they're full. Trying to dispose of those full bags of water and dead flies is daunting.

It works! Easy to use. It does smell so put in areas you don't have foot traffic. It smells like a dead animal. You can smell it about 3 ft away when you walk by it. However it is very effective . Last about 30 days.

These work SO WELL, but the stench is unbearable. We ended up tossing them after a week instead of repurchasing more bait. I would definitely recommend these if you have a big enough yard to store them away from your smelling area!

The only reason why I didn’t give this 5 stars is because after a while the smell it gives off is unbearable and so nasty but it’s easy to set up easy to hang secure to hang and works right away it was getting tons of flies in it and I did notice the flies were less and less in the inside area I had it in

This is the smellest stuff ever! The flies love it. Catches so many you can't believe it.

This is the worst fly trap I've ever purchased. Before this, I bought the Rescue brand (yellow jar) and it was filled with flies in just a few hours. I've had this Catchmaster trap up for 5 days and there's about 4-5 flies in there. I have it in front of a bush covered with flies. There's at least 50+ flies on this bush, 1 foot away from this trap, and they aren't coming anywhere close. I thought I could try saving some money by trying this brand, but you get what you pay for apparently, and now I'm out even more money cause I have to throw it away and buy a real working brand.

This product with it's bait works better than expected. The second day out it it had trapped so many flies, that there were hardly any to be seen. This was after a day of outside cooking and eating. Be aware, the container was so full of dead flies, it had to be emptied on the second day as it was starting to give off a smell. Get extra bait to keep it going.

Bought two solely due to the hateful green headed flies that attack me every time I try enjoy my pool. They are the most painful fly bite and I rather go to the dentist then be bitten by this monsters of the swamp.. This product works great and filled up quickly with the green headed flies bawahhhaaa. Unfortunately, this product smells so bad it draws even more flies but that’s the only negative. FYI, if you’re buying this to avoid green headed flies also try a high powered fan as that helps around the pool to keep them away as they are piss poor flyers!
