The torx bit set arrived on time in a really nice plastic box. I ordered this set because I needed a T70 torx bit socket to remove the differential drain bolt on my girlfriend's Subaru so I figured since I'm buying one torx bit socket I might as well look for a whole set. I found this one on Amazon and I figured you can't go wrong for the price. When I looked at the bits I noticed that they were a bit rounded on the edges but I figured that's just the way they all were. When I finally used it to remove the bolt I noticed that the socket wasn't sitting flushed in the bolt groove and it wiggled a bit. When I finally removed the bolt the socket cracked and the bolt ended up getting stripped. I ended up having to buy a new drain bolt and I also bought a new T70 torx bit from another company and theirs was designed better to where the socket will sit flush in the bolt and there will be no wiggle. I would not recommend this product if you're going to be using the T70 torx bit, especially if you need it to remove a differential bolt which is torqued down pretty tight.

Product Update: 5-21-18: Defective part was quickly replaced with not one but with two (2) replacement T27 sockets. Both replacement parts functioned as promised without any problem and did not break. Extremely pleased that part was replaced with two T27 items and that shipper stood behind the warranty and product by quickly replacing defective part. I might add that I did not experience any problem with any of the other Torx Bit Sockets in the set. I can only assume that the one bit that did break was just a fluke and should not deter anyone's consideration of purchasing this set. It is well worth the purchase price.1st time use: No T27 sheared/broke off with not much force exerted. However, very nice storage case.

Good product for a good price. Needed the tools for a certain job, and they performed flawlessly. Don’t know how durable they may be because these tools a low frequency usage for me. Glad I have the case and the selection that it offered.

I bought these to work on my 2013 Passat. Germans love hex and torx apparently. Ya know, the Germans really need to chill on the wierd tools... they tend to get expensive, especially if you want the best quality. I have not used these yet but somewhere deep inside I'm thinking the first tough rusty bolt is gonna make these sweat it out. I believe I'll be using the biggest of the for no more than something liks 35 nm or less, however mad I'm sore they will be ok for that limited usage.Could get these for less at say Harbour freight or even ebay, not made out of any really hard materials like high carbon steel or chrome vanadium.Im not looking to use them for a living just do a few jobs here and there, they should be fine (fingers crossed.) Don't use these for hard extensive duty, she'll out the money for the higher end sets.

I have a so-called complete set of Torx, BUT , not the 3/8" drive T60, as used on the '03 Volvo S60 . This particular T60 is the only one to fit in the overly limited engine space . Very poor engineering on the part of the manufacturer , and Mainline to my rescue !

What I was looking for. Much better value than similar kits (without the cool case) at Home Depot and Lowes'

I don't use torx bits a lot but when you need them, you really need them. This set goes all the way up to T70 which I needed to remove the oil plug on my car's manual transmission. At any rate, this set is of good quality, and has all the sizes that I am likely to use so I'm happy to have it. And it was not too expensive.

I liked this tool set because it comes with more pieces than the Duralast tool set. It also comes in a fully enclose plastic case.
