I used this on my gf’s car headlights. She drives a 2004 Toyota Camry and it’s a “tad” banged up from previous owners. I wanted to give it a lil clean and I was in awe with the outcome. I think a kit for headlights specifically could do it more justice but from what it was to what it is now is awesome. I also tried a bit of this on the scratches she had on her trunk and the wax worked its magic. I still need to try it on more of the car but I am happy with the purchase.

I have a Mini Van and a Sedan and both of them are more than 10 years old. The headlight glass are blurred and compete lost its glaze. The car used to look old but color also got very dull even though they were never in any accidents or dents. I went through many products for cleaning my car and to make it look few years younger and hardly any of them worked. I then came across this product on amazon and started using this. I should say this product does miracles and the inventor of this product is a genius. Turtle Wax T-417 is an excellent polishing compound product. When used in combination with a foam polishing pad, this polishing compound does wonders to restore the finish to factory new condition. After applying to my cars, it restored the natural shine on my cars and also it removed all the haze from the headlights. I was so surprised to see that. I took my car to the streets and turned on the lights and can notice the increase in the lighting. The risk of driving in the dim light due to all the haze on the headlights were all gone. This product is really an amazing product to use and i will continue using this.

This was my first try at rubbing compound and I have not been disappointed so far. I bought this to remove scratches on my truck bed rail and around my wife's door handles where her nails have scratched it. This applies and removes easily and works amazingly. I was able to get out what I thought were serious scratches on my bed rail from a load of dirt/rocks. It looks and shines like new now. Also, on the door handles, this polished all of the minor scratches out in no time. Just a quick coat of wax after use and everything shone like new. One thing I have been surprised about using this was the pre-wax use. I hadn't waxed my wife's SUV in a while and when I applied the wax it was very tough to bring to a polish. I use a carnuba wax that generally is very easy on/off and easy to bring to a mirror finish. So, I tried this. I put this on, let it dry to a haze, buffed it off, and tried the wax again. I was absolutely amazed at the difference it made in the ease/outcome of the wax. I did the whole SUV that way and it actually sped up my process even though I essentially waxed it twice. It was so easy on/off with the wax that I was able to get really good results in less time because I used this rubbing compound first. I'm so happy with this that it'll be a permanent staple in my detailing que for some time to come.

It is not a tough rubbing compound. You will have extreamly hard time except removing superficial scratches. You may use it as kind of polish though.

Does a nice job removing light swirl marks and bringing out a high shine but a big factor in your final result is application method.

Giid for light scratches and light shade cars...does not works satisfactory on dark shade cars

I bought this by seeing reviews in the YouTube. One thing to note that, this product is not heavy scratch removal. It is polishing compound which removes minor scratches and improves the colour tone by removing the fade. The car becomes rough and you need to apply wax to make the car feel smooth. Yes it worked 100% for me and reply if you have any doubts in using it. For major scratch removal and removing the fades on the car, you need to move with rubbing compound which is more effective in removing scratches followed by polishing and finally graphene or wax coating. Worth the money and the product. Very easy to use, just apply using the foam and let dry and remove it with soft cloth like micro fibre or raising cloth.
