Incredible - The missing piece for Intermittent Fasting or One Meal a Day
My cousin turned me on to Lyte Balance a couple years ago and sadly it languished on my shelf. I'd take a cap-full here or there if I wanted to recover from a rough weekend or on a hot day. It was good! But when I started my weight loss journey and trying to cure some nasty bloating issues, I *really* discovered the power of Lyte Balance. It went from good to GREAT. I started intermittent fasting, and trying to kick my body into ketosis. For whatever reason, I simply don't enjoy drinking water - but it's extremely important for fasting. I started popping a couple cap-fulls into my big water jug and noticed quickly - I didn't get hungry at all. I had an extreme energy level. My bloating ceased within a few weeks. The combination of electrolytes with water is so simple - but so effective. I've gone from buying a bottle at a time to a case at a time. This product is so much better than the powdered supplements for me because it lets me do fast dosing when I'm on the run - no spoons, just a quick pour into a water jug and fill 'er up with tap/filtered water - then I'm off to the races. I'm a pretty busy guy, so the convenience factor here with a liquid vs powder makes a ton of difference. It just seems to taste better, too. Looking forward to trying the other Lyte Balance products because clearly these guys have some secret sauce that the rest of the industry doesn't seem to grasp - GREAT stuff and will be telling all my friends who are getting into IF/OMAD or just trying to get keto kicked into gear.

Cannot recommend enough!
Wow! This is super awesome! I bought this for mom. She was just diagnosed with a rare advanced stage breast cancer and severe lung disease, so she will be having to have surgery and then start chemo and radiation treatments within the next two weeks. Trying to help her anyway I can, I thought about her hydration, I'm kind of a weirdo about making sure people are well hydrated, so I looked into electrolyte helpers. I thought it might help to start out her treatments being balanced, so I came across this. It's ingredients are: Sodium 281mg, Potassium 350mg, Magnesium 50mg, phosphate, chloride, bicarbonate and sulfate. This is just ideal for her potassium and magnesium deficiencies. I worried over the sugar and dyes in sports drinks not being great for her, and the blandness of water...so this was exactly what I was looking for. It has great reviews and I really liked that it could be added to juice or milk. Mom was reluctant to try it. She made me try it first lol we only used water for the first tasting. We weren't sure if it was just a hyped up product. So, I mix up the cap full in a glass of water, bottoms up! Apparently my face was priceless lol It was like drinking salt with a hint of water! so gross! I couldn't believe the flavor, BLEH!! so I had my brother immediately drink a glass too..."what are you going on about, there isn't any saltiness at all?" I couldn't believe it! So then mom drinks a sip and has the same reaction as me! Bleh!! looks at my brother and asks how he can't taste that?! hahaha! Later that night I check my emails and read about how the saltiness is the sign of an electrolyte imbalance Lol So, I have been having her drink 2 times everyday, but she drinks it in lemonade, says it is much easier to drink salty. Luckily after about a week, she has said there is no saltiness, and feels a little better. Now she drinks one cap full each day. I have also been drinking it and notice I feel much better and our lips are much less chapped, gums aren't so red, and our skin feels and looks better, which are just a few areas that show outward signs of dehydration. This has been especially great for my mom. A bonus is that it's so great for me too who gets too busy at work and forgets to eat and drink as much as I need too until after my shift. Cannot recommend this product enough and will be ordering more very soon. I have had all my family members try this, and we all agree this is much better than tablets. While I can appreciate the handiness of the the tablets and still keep them in my purse, I feel like Lyte Balance is simply better. This is not a hyped up product, this is a truly awesome product. Also, I was not offered a discount or free product in exchange for an honest review, I am simply a consumer raving about a legit product. Best wishes :)

Great electrolyte. No sugar. Effective
I have been using Lyte Balance for years. I use it daily not only to hydrate but before colon cleansing procedures, before & after exercising. I especially take it at bedtime to help me sleep. It is salty(like all electrolytes), but I add a bit of juice for flavoring and water. Just a capful mixed with water. Lasts a long time. Good value for the cost. Very effective and I highly recommend this product.

Been using regularly for 4 years - Consider it a necessity - Helped with headaches, keto, hydration
I started using Lyte Balance when I was eating a ketogenic diet to lose weight. There's this thing called keto flu that can happen when you start the diet, can cause flu-like symptoms, headache, and brain fog. Increasing electrolyte consumption can relieve the symptoms greatly. I found Lyte Balance was the lowest carb/sugar option. Start with using one cap-full in a tall glass of water. It will have a slightly salty taste. You can add it to any liquid, soup, smoothies, something that wouldn't be ruined by a little salty taste. To get more magnesium I sometimes add it to a Natural Calm powder - warmed drink (Raspberry Lemon is my preferred flavor). I'm also a migraine and headache sufferer. I have absolutely noticed an improvement in headache/migraine frequency when I use an Lyte Balance regularly. When I feel a low-grade headache coming on, I'll drink a tall glass with a cap-full or two, it quite often prevents the headache from settling in. With migraines there's usually no stopping it, I always vomit excessively and drinking electrolytes does help me recover faster. I live in a hot part of the US, Lyte Balance is my go-to for hiking, attending regional Burning Man events, or being outside in general. I'll carry a 32oz Nalgene with water and 2 cap-fulls in it to sip on and camelbak of plain water. If I start to feel a little dizzy or dehydrated, I chug down some of the Lyte Balance water and recover quickly. I've ordered at least 6 bottles since 2016, never had an issue with quality. I highly recommend the product, it's a necessity for me.

if I was rich, id be living off this... BEST PRODUCT. I works, the instant I am parched from intense workouts and workdays, I feel this product working... for the price point though, it would be difficult to maintain

Edit: Wanted to add something as I'm going to purchase my 5th bottle and saw some of these reviews saying it tastes disgusting and salty? You are either putting in way too much or not using enough liquid to mix it. I cannot taste it AT ALL and I'm someone who hates the "salty" taste of Gatorade. Don't talk bad about product if you're mixing it incorrectly 🤦🏼♀️ Amazing. People saying it doesn't "work"... like, what? It's electrolytes. Yes it works. Best part is it's concentrated and ACTUALLY flavorless. I add about 1.5 caps to my large water bottle when I do hot yoga. I used to get wicked headaches from the dehydration after yoga but not anymore. I use it probably 3-4 times a week and it lasts about 3 months. Great quality and great value.

I've gotten used to using sweetened/flavored powdered electrolytes, which I love, but I wanted to try something that was cutting out the added sugars. That being said, using this somewhat flavor-less liquid electrolyte was a bit of an adjustment.. it has a taste, but it doesn't, but it does... I just need to get used to the no-sugar aspect but it's pretty straight forward. I put a capful in my 24oz water bottle, give it a shake and off I go. Good for plain water, in a smoothie, in a coffee, juice, tea... Haven't been using it for long yet but so far I'm happy to be giving it a try.
