Shankhpushpi is completely ayurvedic and natural medicine which cools down the mind. It's taste is sweet and it also has sugar in it. Truly worthful.

Tastes bitter
The aftertaste is really bitter & it makes you nauseaous! The sugar content though being low still hence making it really bitter. Rather purchase the older version it's best! This is the new improvised version & the taste sucks really bad🤢🤮
