Wonderful product! The two compartments work great to wash out the pad and then to remove excess water. The mop pads stay put and clean the floors really well. Buckets attach securely to each other, easy to carry from location to location, and nice looking. I liked the option to remove the plugs at the bottom of the buckets instead of dumping the dirty water from the top. Worked great on my wood floors and also on my travertine kitchen floor tiles. Must fill the clean water bucket as high as you can so that most of the mop can be submerged each time. If you only fill it half way then only half of your mop head will be wet. VERY happy with this purchase! Saved me SO much time! Great deal! :D

The size of this mop is perfect for my height (5’2”) very easy to clean, no more mopping with dirty water, that being said some of the dirty water does go back into the clean side, is not a lot! When pushing the mop through the wash or dry space you really have to push with some strength, you won’t brake it. The quality is good but for the towels I think could be better, I have mine for less than a month and the cloth is deteriorating but I have not changed it yet and it comes with extra clothes. Overall I like this mop and highly recommend it!

Disclaimer: I generally refrain from leaving negative reviews for any business, and I attempted to address my concerns with customer care. Unfortunately, these efforts did not yield a satisfactory resolution. I made this purchase several months ago but only recently had the opportunity to use it. As I assembled the product, I noticed that it felt rather flimsy. Moreover, every time I insert the mop to remove excess water, the velcro strip consistently detaches. It simply does not stay in place, making the product quite frustrating to use. In my opinion, it would be wise to save your money and invest in a more durable alternative to avoid the need for premature disposal.

I’ve switched to microfiber cloths and mops a while ago. I love that my floors dry fast because of the dry side squeezes excess water out. I use this on my walls and floors . Only negative is the drain plugs have fallen out twice only design flaw.

I’ve used numerous mops before but by far this one has been one of the best ones I have used. It is easy to use wet side and dry side. Very durable and easy to clean.

This mop had the potential to be great but it's not there yet. When drying or washing the mop in the bucket the mop pad gets stuck and comes off each time. The transition between washing and drying the mop is flawed because it doesn't work.

I bought this because my backyard is a muddy mess and cleaning my floors very other day became a chore. I love this. However, dont stand or step too close to the plugs. I steps on one by accident and the water came gushing out! Lol

The media could not be loaded.  I used this to clean the lunch tables at an elementary school. It made it a lot faster and it was great at first, but the main issue I had with this was how the water will spill onto the floor after using the drying side of the container. The bucket is split in 2 and a good amount of the water falls through the center where the 2 buckets combine. It should have been one container with a wall divider to begin with, not how it is now. The plastic foot that holds the 2 containers together at the bottom broke off after a few uses and now the containers move a lot during use. I still use them for my job because it beats cleaning up tables with rags but I would recommend buying a different similar item where the containers do not separate and will not spill through any gaps.*Side note: I'm part time and the school does not reimburse me for my own tools. They have a bucket and rags for us to use to wipe down the tables, but it takes time and I still have a lot of other things I need to do before the school day ends. I'd rather pay for something I know that will make my day easier and faster, instead of what they provide.
