I could really tell the difference after 1 day. Every physiology is different of course, but they work well for me.

Like any vitamin, there is a little smell, but nothing so bad you can't take the pill. I got it for someone on hair pills. It seems to be helping increase his hair quicker than the prescription pills are. Plus it's bringing back his ability to get firm and stay there and actually achieve at the end, with his man parts. The prescription hair pills are known for the side effect of killing off one's male genitals, but this seems to be counteracting the side effect that NO one wants lol. So off-hand, I would have to say they do help in a fairly short period of time. He's only been on the vitamins for around a month, but the hair pills for about 5 months, and the vitamin does seem to do all it claims, and without a major cost. He doesn't report any negative side effects at this time. So for the small cost, I'd say try it because it does seem to work. Best of luck to everyone.

I love it. It really suppresses my hunger and I think its also speeding up my metabolism. I take this a 30 minutes to an hour before my last meal of the day which is the most calories.
