Awning itself we love. Canopy and frame are awesome. Easy to install if you’re handy. Between the enclosed instructions and YouTube videos (of similar awnings), I was able to successfully install our awning. My only complaint was the mounting hardware (i.e. mounting bolts) were not self tapping as described. I purchased my own to do the install. We’ve used it a few times now and enjoy the ease of opening and closing to store while driving. Setting up our camp is a pleasure now.

Overall the framework is good and good looking. The fasteners are just average. We'll see how the canopy fabric holds up. But not a bad buy at all. They shipvery professionally and quickly.

As you can tell by the title of my review, we didn't measure twice, and ordered the awning 2 feet shorter than the original, I did mention this to the husband, but he is my husband soooo there's that.After moving the brackets to the "correct" place, installation was quite easy!The awning does come in two packages, so don't panic when only one box comes. Just hang on tight and the other will show up!We used the awning on our next camping trip, and it did the job it signed up for quite well! Would defo order from this company again.Just remember, measure twice!

This is a quality awing and was pretty easy to install I got a 20ft. Black fade I really like this worked great and I am very happy with this product and there price is great for everything I received whole kit nice all parts were there thanks for making great product thanks

Seller immediately confirmed order. Shipped as promised. Was easier to install than past awnings we have purchased. Installation videos were very helpful. We installed an 18ft awning with 2 people. Looks great and works great. Only problem is the pull rod is a little short for shorter people.

My original awning came loose while traveling 65 mph on the interstate. Needless to say by the time I got stopped there was not much left of it. About all I had left was the roller so I needed a complete awing set. This order had everything needed to completely replace my original awning. The quality of the arms, roller and other supporting parts of the structure seem as sturdy as the original. It probably took about 3 hour to install. The instructions that came could use more detail but when used after first watching the video on the order site they were sufficient.

Terrible customer service. Product failed after 31 days and they have not honored their warranty. Spent over two hours with Amazon and going back and fourth with the seller. The item is also priced differently on the sellers website so they have no price integrity.

Great product, I have purchased 2 of these recently and very happy with the product. The only concern is that the installation directions are difficult to navigate for the average consumer. How ever being a fabricator/mechanic by trade, I had no issues with the installations.
