Amazing device
This thing is amazing I stream my pc to the TV downstairs and have to forward my other wired controllers to the PC for emulation etc but with this thing I don't have to the signal reaches all the way though the house when my WiFi struggles to do the same thing without boosters.

Works ok
I bought these to use my ps5 controller son nintendo switch (latest version), i bought two of them, with the latest version of the switch, there are two usb ports next to each other, because of the placement and the size of the USB, you can only fit one of these usb's in at a time, unless you buy a usb extension cable, which i did, in which case you can attach both, i believe the older version of nintendo switch has 3 ports so this shouldn't be an issue with the old version. It works quite well, sometimes there can be issues initially connecting the controllers, and occasionally the signal drops out, but i did manage to get many hours of play in using this device, before i switched to the official nintendo controllers. So if you've got some ps controller lying around this is a cheap alternative to get you up and running on switch. Would recommend for the price.

Awesome piece of kit for the price and convenience!
highly recommend this adapter, especially for the price (cheaper than most 3rd party controllers), and allows you to use existing controllers.I have used this with my Nintendo Switch to use different controllers to use it in TV mode, and it works perfectly!Currently using my Stadia controllers (updated to bluetooth) in place of Pro controllers, so I'm able to game flawlessly in TV mode with controllers that I love using. If using with a Switch, please remember to update to the latest firmware version (free from the 8-bit do website), and remember to enable the 'pro controller in wired mode' setting in the Switch menu. Also tested and works with my Xbox Series controller and my PS5 dual sense controller, so I haven't experienced any issues yet!

Works well with the PS Classic
I bought this for use with the PS Classic, I had heard a rumor that it allowed access to the developer menu, sadly it doesn't. But what it does do, is exactly as advertised, paired quickly with the dual shock 4, and works seamlessly.Good value for money if you want to be able to play a good distance from the TV.

Took a long time to get working
I'm technically experienced with these kind of products but I was surprised that this device wasn't as plug and play to begin with as I would have liked. I was attempting to use an Xbox One Bluetooth controller with the Switch. As it was a gift for someone else, I could not guarantee that it would continue to work and therefore can't continue to use it.- What I did to get it working -The Nintendo Switch was running on 10.0.3 firmware (the latest at the time) so I'm not sure whether or not this caused any issues.- I set the Switch to work with Pro Controllers via USB as recommended by the sticker on the side of the dongle- I then plugged the dongle into the laptop and performed a Firmware Upgrade to v 1.31 (so far so good)- I then plugged the dongle into the Nintendo Switch and used the button pairing on the adaptor to pair my Bluetooth Xbox One pad. The pad rumbled, however no amount of key pressing would register and selecting controllers displayed a 'disconnected' Pro Controller which wasn't helpful- I then plugged in the Xbox pad into the laptop and upgraded the firmware via the "Xbox Accessories" app.- Attempted to pair with the dongle again, and retry (no success).- Then downgraded the firmware of the dongle from 1.31 to 1.30- Attempted to pair the pad with the dongle again and success- Then upgraded the firmware of the dongle back to 1.31 and the pad still connected? It feels like with the above, too many moving parts are in place and I'm not a fan of breaking changes due to changes in software. Also if I wasn't around and this continued to be an issue, I don't think who I'm gifting this to would be able to carry out the above steps or similar to mitigate. Therefore I can't really recommend to the average user. I like plug and play but this doesn't feel like it's fortunate to work rather than stable enough to always work. When the switch was powered off or un-docked, I noticed that the USB devices on the dock were also drawing power. This caused a loop of the Xbox pad switching on and off (noticeable by a recursive rumble every 2 minutes). Unplugging the dongle would be the solution here, but this further detracts around the simplicity of the solution.I ended up buying a Pro Controller to avoid any future headaches.
