Sambazon Organic Amazon Energy Drink, Original Acai Berry, 12 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I used to drink blueberry RedBull but they quit making that, and it was too sweet anyway. Sambazon Acai Berry has been a good substitute. Nice flavor and a little less sugar - but still sweet enough. No funky aftertaste either. I just wish I could get it at more places.

Came from an era where cool kids drank energy drinks until their kidneys no longer worked. I'm older now and don't want to experience multiple organ failure so I figured, you know, browse Amazon for options. Since COVID, online shopping was my go-to. Came in a nice thin box holder with plastic wrap. Stuff tastes amazing! A little on the sweet side, so I am sure you can order this without sugar and it would still taste good. The amount of sugar it has is less than your average soda. I've ordered these a few times and so far each package is perfect. No dented or nasty bottles, no defects, etc... The body feel is great, too. Other energy drinks can make you feel wired and are extremely strong. 250mg of caffeine is just way too much. This sports 150 and is the perfect. So I don't get caffeine/sugar crashes off it. Also, doesn't leave me feeling dehydrated too much like your standard coffee would. It's definitely the perfect "pep talk" rather than smacking you in the gut and telling you to get running. 12/10 product will keep buying.

Good heathy energy drink option. I like that it dosent make me overly jittery and I can just focus and get more work done with long study hours. I like the flavor as well and how it is not too sweet or artificial tasting.

This lightly carbonated drink is really pleasant-tasting. I bought it initially for the acai component, not realizing it was more than just acai (my fault for not reading the product description more carefully...silly me). My only problem is that it does have natural forms of caffeine and it affects me just as strongly as coffee-based caffeine so I am going to look for alternatives. Otherwise, it's a great, refreshing drink.

My teenage son loves these!! We swapped them for Monster drinks. The company even told me they use BPA free cans. And if that’s true, that’s a major win for me.

My husband loves these energy drinks! They’re a great alternative to competitors who have not so great ingredients in them. Tastes just as great as other brands. I love that the caffeine comes from green tea and doesn’t cause those jitters. A lot of other companies that are natural don’t have carbonation but this one does!

I've had one of these nearly every day for over ten years; going way back to before they changed the recipe. BTW, it's a bit misleading to call this Original Amazon Energy, since the actual original was a very different and much better drink. The actual original was such a good product that the profit margins must've been too low, prompting a shift from 21% juice to 9%, and upping the sugar content from 19g to 29g (adding 40 calories). This changed the flavor profile dramatically (ironically, this is when they added the word 'Original' to the name). But alas, I couldn't find a taste I preferred. However, if this is all I can enjoy, I'm gonna have to find a way to enjoy nothing at all. I think I'd be much healthier today if I'd taken that opportunity to give up the daily energy soda. More recently, by FDA mandate, they've added a daily value percentage to the Added Sugars line, and it turns out to be 58%! That sure was an eye opener. Now to ween myself off this stuff!

I’ve been drinking this for a few years and love the taste. I don’t drink it for the energy because I don’t need it but I bought 1 can at one time and been hooked. It doesn’t give me the jitters so I’m sure the energy level might be good for some. Slightly carbonated. I don’t drink this daily just on the weekends. So a case of 12 will last over a month.
