I’m a 38-year-old guy who’s been training consistently for about 2 years now. The gym honestly changed my life — physically and mentally. Over that time I’ve tried a ton of supplements, and to be honest, most of them were a letdown. So when I bought this one, I already had low expectations. Let me start with the downsides. The capsules are honestly terrible — probably the worst quality I’ve ever seen. They’re super hard and feel almost like plastic. Because of that, I just open them and mix the powder in water. The taste? Absolutely brutal. Extremely bitter, like straight-up dust from hell. But whatever — I still need water (even bitter) to drink Alpha GPC and VasodriveAP before workout. Now the good part — this thing actually works. I didn’t expect much, so I don’t think this was the placebo effect . Over about two weeks, I started noticing real changes. My weights went up — I had been stuck on chest and biceps, and ended up adding around +20 lbs on chest press and +10 lbs on curls, with clean reps. Another big thing — aggression in the gym (in a good way). I feel more locked in, more driven, pushing harder every set. Before, I’d usually feel CNS fatigue after about 1.5 hours. Now I can push close to 2 hours of intense work. Overall, I really like this supplement and will definitely buy it again. If you get it — I’d recommend mixing it in water for better absorption. Yeah, the taste sucks, but it might be worth it. Stay hard 💪

Good product. It helped in building muscles. Gives you little strength too. Make sure you eat clean diet.

I started using this product last year. Based on my bench press improvement and the volume of my muscles in my PECS and shoulders I would have to say this product works well at giving a noticeable increase in mass and strength. I went from a plateau of of about 215 lb bench press for 2 reps to about 240 max for one rep over the course of using this product. Keep in mind that a lot of other factors come into play such as eating a higher fat content in my diet and putting in the work consistently. But I feel that this product at very least assisted my improvement on a level that I would have otherwise not achieved. I have experienced no side effects or issues that I can place my finger on, but this too is possibly skewed by many factors such as rest, my activity outside of weight lifting, age and so forth. I believe that this product is a great by for a consistent weight lifter who wants to break through their ceiling without taking dangerous or side effect ridden compounds that cost an arm and a testicle (you know what I'm getting at). You can get beta ecdysterone from spinach, sweet potato and quinoa as well...

Great Product! In the first week I feel my energy levels are through the roof and that my muscles are much fuller. Strength is out of control! I don’t even feel the need to use pre workout. Don’t fall for these other brands, get this one for an amazing value. I tried another ecydestrone supplement which was the same thing that cost an extra $18 more and I found that this product is way better, not in terms of pricing but the value of the supplement. Don’t buy any other ecydestrone but this one, it’s worth the price and it’s so much more potent than other ecydestrone products on Amazon. 100% will buy again, these guys rock!

So crazy and cool because I took this before bed full dose. Fell asleep but then woke up with my blood and veins feeling like they were so open and surging 😭 I couldn’t sleep and felt like running a marathon 🏃‍♀️ def would go great with a hard workout
