Nice tool
I’ve had this a while now. Well made but lacks a lock so it can ratchet in either direction but you can’t not use the ratchet. Very annoying when say adjusting cupboard doors as have to keep changing ratchet direction

Wish I’d found this years ago
I’ve been a industrial sparks for 23 years now and this is hands down the best bit of kit I’ve bought. Yes it’s a bit expensive but it’s got me out of so much trouble and has come in so handy in day to day work. I’ve put a 3/8-1/2 adapter on it with a 19mm channel socket and not had a problem with it. Yes it will fall off if you point it at the floor (just don’t do that) the hex bit doesn’t fall off with a 50mm hex bit but again if you’re like me and use a 300mm extension expect it to fall off if you point it at the floor. All in all a brilliant piece of kit that everyone should buy if you’re a spark. Ignore the comments saying it’s difficult to change the direction. It’s really not hard to change in any position and the floppy head is so handy. I really would recommend buying this tool it’s well worth the money if you’re used to struggling in tight areas.

Great idea, but flawed
Had this since July 2023 and use it in my job now and again on access doors and networking. Had to replace five of the bits to ones I needed.It's EXPENSIVE..... but I love the concept.Unit dropped, while closed, but the internal bits holder inside the handle somehow broke. This was a shock since it was closed. Being plastic is a weak point. I've managed to push the two parts together and lock them close together, just enough to get the bits in and out.It needs a rethink on how it is designed internally.Will have to look at the warranty on this and see if it's covered for repair/replacement.
