Those that have used multi timers know how helpful they can be. This is just a good timer, never had an issue with it.

The entire manual and all buttons on it are in Chinese. If you are familiar with the timer it’s not too bad to figure out, but for someone unfamiliar it may be a challenge to setup.

It works well overall for what I need. I enjoy the adjustability on the volume. However I would of really liked if there were different pitches or sounds for each number so I know which timer is going off. If it's a number 2 if it was lower I would know that number 2 is for the 2nd fryer for example and wouldnt have to make a journey to the timer to figure out which number is going off when I just left the fryer station

I don't recommend buying from this company or this product specifically. I was sent a faulty product that doesn't even work. I trouble-shot every option possible to get the sound to work and it just simply doesn't work. Waste of $30 for a timer that makes no sound.

The NAOEDEAH Commercial Kitchen Timer came in a nice box with the timer, a power cord, and detailed instructions.With hungry teenagers in my life, and our home being the epicenter of Texas Thanksgiving for dozens, this timer is wonderful. I can time (8) items at a time, meaning (finally) I can time flips and roasting pan rotations, too, rather than guessing. The tone is plenty loud enough, and I don't need different "tones" to alert me to what is coming up next (one does have to have a memory to keep (8) pots boiling, after all). I find this a useful addition to my kitchen equipment.A standard kitchen timer might cost a few dollars, but the little guys get scattered, lost, unusable, or set down in inconvenient locations. This wasn't exactly what I was expecting but it was still nice overall. I grabbed this to use when selling food on site but I didn't realize it needs to be plugged in, making it unusable for most my endeavors. However, when testing it out at home, it was pretty nice being able to time multiple things on 1 device rather than multiple phone alarms and such. It was very light weight and felt a bit lower in quality but it works as intended. It has a sharp loud sound so it's very easy to hear in a kitchen setting for a business. It did seem a bit weird on occasions as if it wasn't responding properly but I am not sure if that is the device or not. The best part about this object to me is that I wont have to dirty my phone screen with food, but otherwise, I still find other products easier and more convenient to use.
