Red Hound Auto Pins Snap for Weight Distribution, Equalizer Clip Pair, Set of 2

These work as intended, but at least so far there is no 'snap' when the catch is lowered. It just pushes into place. I worry it might loosen over time with wear. My friend has a different brand that clicks into place. His came with his hitch.Still, this works well and is acceptable.

I was so happy to find this pin snap, with out this item it would unsafe to tow my Airstream it is an integral part to making weight distribution hitch work. My pin snap was broken by friend trying to help. This a high equality product I recommend getting a spare.

One of the pins was easy to latch, the other I almost needed a hammer to latch it.

I needed a replacement for a clip I lost and this was perfect. Great construction; easily as sturdy as the original. Works perfect with the weight distribution bars on my camper.

the attached locking pin is a nice feature but it's located a a weird height. When installed it holds the pins much higher than they need to be. It looks wrong when installed but it functions fine.

The new pins replaced a 4 year old set. I lost one while on the road..I like the built in clips. Nothing to get lost!

I have no idea why these are so tall. Didn’t see shorter ones on line but they work. Super easy to install. No more skinned knuckles wrestling with a hitch pin clips. Put the bars on, put the L pin on and snap the Bale down. Done. Wish they were shorter. No reason to be so tall, even with bars slid all the way back (super tight turn) there is a huge gap. (5) star if shorter.
