I ordered a 2 & 7 balloon for my wedding Renewal on 24th September. The morning of my wedding hubbie took the balloons to be inflated at the nearest Card factory. The purple balloons didn't inflate at all. The staff at the shop said they were faulty. My hubblie had to buy a number 2 & 7 balloon (pink) from the store. Unfortunately he didn't bring the faulty balloons back so I can't send them back to you to inspect. As a Goodwill gesture would you refund me the monies for the faulty balloons I purchased in good faith from your company.I await your reply.Kind regards Claire

Beautiful colour, nice product & good quality.I used for Mickey Mouse Club House Theme, but my girls already said that they want the same colour for the next birthdays.

My balloon looked great, but by the morning had half deflated. I can only assume there was a tiny hole in the balloon which was enabling the balloon to deflate slowly overnight. Shame.

Absolutely gutted. I has forgotten to but my daughters balloon so chose this as only one i could get delivered in time. The straw to blow up took ages to get in place. Then when almost fully up I moved straw and it exploded - the foul is exceptionally thin. Still had space to blow up so not over filled. Had to tape together and semi inflate - Absolutely gutted for my little girl. I am wondering is value was faulty as I have had these type of balloons 4 times minimum a year for many years and this never happened.

Will not be purchasing again as this item deflated after a few hours of being inflated with helium. Complete waste of helium too.

Quality of this balloon was horrendous. Blew up and the balloon went straight back down. Tried to blow it up again and found a hole by the valve.
