Love this product!! Easily applied and smooths over my skin beautifully!! Ive tried sooo many other products promising to do what this does. My skin has never looked better and if I dare say… younger by at least 5 yrs! I couldn’t be happier!!! It doesn’t get flaky and turn white or stretched like other products claim. My makeup goes on so smoothly. And I LOVE the compliments from my friends, and they don’t offer feedback unless they really mean it!! I will continue to use it. And believe , I love the price point!! I’m so happy I found this product!!

Absolutely love this product, but for different reasons than it is advertised. I put it anywhere on my face, on top of makeup, where I need lines or skin color splotchiness blurred. I have not tried this as a primer, but as a makeup fixer. I have tried desperately to use color correctors then concealers (more than I can count) followed by a fine powder setter to get rid of dark under eye circles, but the makeup always creases up so I took out the brighten&blur primer then gently patted with my ring finger on top of my color corrector/concealer…and now my dark circles are covered with no creasing!!! Amazing product!!! Give it a try. Those of you who did not like it as a primer may like it as concealer setter gel. My color corrector/concealer lasts all day too. This is my makeup fix it gel. I hope they keep making this stuff. I love putting my makeup on now. I was about to give up on all makeup at age 50. I smiled in my after pic so you could tell the difference. No makeup except under eye and top mascara.

This is okay, but not my favorite primer. The consistency makes it want to break off when squeezing from the tube which might be because it is matte.

I was excited to try this . I like all the products I ve used in the line. The regular spackle is fantastic. I sent this back it’s thick and hard to use. You need alot of it. I found it difficult its work to apply unlike the regular. It needs to be a better formula . I also tried the Champagne one one and it stained my hands after 3 applications🤷‍♀️. I’m sticking to the Regular Spackle it’s great!

Love it, this smooths on your face like butter. It instantly smooths out your skin forcing it a silky smooth appearance and evens the skin tone. I wear this alone most days

Goes on very stiff, dry , difficult to get out of tube. Unsure if this is the way it is or if it is just old. Used once. Gave 3 star because I’m unsure

Best option for over moisturizer and under your foundation. It keeps foundation/blush looking great all day! Works very well if you use a liquid or the Laura Geller powder foundation. I also make sure I put dab on the eyelids before applying shadow - it keep it from creasing all day long.

This primer is a great product for those with mature skin looking to reduce the look of lines and cover large pores. It does a great job of blurring pores and wears well under foundation and I would recommend it to others with similar skin concerns.

. . . I had 99 makeup problems and this primer solved every single last one. Honestly, having tried so many different brands of primers battling makeup application for slightly more mature skin, (im 38 but my skin has CHANGED) including more expensive brands, tried out this one and its been the best so far. Much smoother application of makeup, and it does alot better for priming problem areas such as the skin under the eyes where I had issues with makeup not sticking before due to crepiness. Also works well to hide the pimples im now recieving thanks to the dreaded onset of cougar puberty. You can actually layer it up over them and fully conceal. Will say I done a ton of research on primers bc I had to do a TV interview as part of my work, so I needed to look my utter best to help with the anxiety. This looked like the best one and it delivered. I was very impressed with my appearance on the day, easiest time ever getting ready, with none of the usual tantrums. I was actually glowing, even the spouse noticed. It blurred and it blended and also CONCEALED. Having seen the show I can confirm I looked healthy and glowing. The only thing I changed was this primer, I use other up market makeup brands like Dolce and Gabanna and Armani Luminous silk foundation. I noticed a significant difference in their performance used with this stuff, and would note that i have tried those brands primers and many others, but this one out performed the lot. This is three months ago now, and im writing this review having used it a while so I can confirm its not been a one off fluke of a thing. Hydrate your skin well, then prime. Would note also there is alot in the tube, so i would say its well worth the money both for performance and the quantity you get. I have tried original spackle, and moisturising spackle. Those were very creamy in texture and were really good. I tried this version as it states it's brightens and blurs. I will say, yep it does brighten, but the blur effect does require more of the product when using for a no make up day. Now the downside....this spackle is A LOT thicker than the others and comes out of the tube like icing. This means to get the consistency of OG/hydrating versions you do need to rub it between your fingers for a bit BEOFRE putting it on your face. Possibly due to the formulation, or perhaps I have one from a bad batch, but if you do not rub between your fingers before applying to the face it goes on unevenly. Also to note, unlike the other versions I tried this has a limit to its buildability. It starts to ball up and come off the skin so only very small amounts can be used, a shame because it does handicap it's burring ability due to this.

Very disappointed with this primer and for the price is not worth it

I was not expecting miracle results from this product and am realistic with the claims manufacturers make regarding flawless skin, but this product really did fall short of what it’s supposed to make your skin look like. On the first squeeze of the tube, the top came apart, so the gel comes out of the top of the tube. It is like a thick Vaseline and fell onto the floor on the first few attempts to apply it. Other reviewers say it is coloured, but mine is just clear like Vaseline. When I finally managed to get it on my face it did not blend well and I couldn’t see any difference. I bought it on a Black Friday deal and am glad I didn’t pay the full price. Taking this into account, it was still expensive for what it is. Shame, other Laura Geller products I have purchased have been worth the money.
