Bottle in the picture says not for use in hybrid vehicles--why? my 01 honda insight hybrid calls for pag-46, is this not suitble?

This oil is called pag oil there are three viscosities. 46, 100, 150. The yn12d is the Ford equivalent of pag 46. The oil contains a dye that helps determine the origin of a leak if one occurs. I have personally used this brand and have never had any issues. Probably a lot less money than “name brand”. This oil is only compatible with r134a “freon” and not other types of freon like older r12. Never to be used in electric vehicles due to fire hazard.

Where to find r-12 oil (mineral) for o-rings? nothing on amazon. manual says no pag on o-ring, since corrosion issues in the future. thank you.

How do i get this into my car ac system?

Through the ac gauges or ac machine. You can even use a manual device that pushes the oil through the low-pressure port.
