I am not sure of a weight capacity however I have a friend who is 320 lbs offensive lineman that uses these and has no issue.

Feel the burn 🔥

I use these for all of my squats, you can really feel it even with a lighter weight, I actually had to go down weight because I could feel it working my glutes.I'm on carpet and they don't move around at all, they're perfect for my feet (I have small UK3-4 feet).One of the little circle grips came off but I tend to throw them around a lot!I definitely recommend them.
