Excellent attachment for my lat Pulldown. Well built and targets lat muscle better than the traditional pulldown bar. Grip angle allows you to load more weight and not worry about your hands slipping. I highly recommend these attachments. Excellent quality at an Excellent price!

I brought this as a set, which is cheaper than buying them individually (unless you know you only need one size). After I started using these type of handles I can't go back to using the regular ones in the gym. The smaller short grips take some time to get use to. I prefer the longer handles for comfort depending on what type of exercise (i.e. lateral pull-downs vs. seated rows) you are doing. The only things you might need to purchase in addition is 3/8 Spring hook snap link and a 3/8 quick link. It might be hit or miss if your existing gym links will fit these handles.

such a nice set of handles for the cables if your gym doesn’t have good ones. the different variety of handles lets you hit each muscle you wanna target. they are kinda heavy but it makes them feel higher quality
