I just received a new machine. It s a real one. I use Kangen for years, i wanted this one it was so expensive in Canada. I took a chance. 😊 Don’t forget to clean every month with the solution Once a year the machine need a deep cleaning to keep it good (some company do this) Thanks 😊

ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE, THEY SENT IT TO ME WITH THE RETURN LABLE AUTHORIZATION SLIP ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX. THEY NEVER SHOULD OF RESTOCKED IT FOR RESALE. HORRIBLY HANDLED.

Purchased the machine used it was labeled as new I returned it. It’s been a month still haven’t gotten the refund for this 2 thousand dollar machine
