I bought this as a gift for a friend who is retired and really artsy. She keeps herself busy, so I thought this would be a fun gift that she could use when she needed something to do to de-stress. I selected this book because the pictures looked fun and colorful, and my friend said she was looking forward to using it as she thought it looked like something fun to do. Unlike regular adult coloring books, the fact that you can just use your imagination and draw your own lines makes it seem more relaxing.

This book has a nice variety of designs and shapes to "color". They give you different design ideas in the beginning and I find that working on the pages is very relaxing. The hard part is done for you!

This is a fun book. I think I’m going to really enjoy it.

So love this, super enjoyable and easy to doodle.. the sheets don't bleed and I love that you can tear out the pages so you can focus on one at a time

I did not do much in the book yet, because I need to get some better marker/pens for it. I tried it with regular markers and they bled through. I did take the page out of the book before I worked on it. I need some markers with finer lines and that don't bleed through.It's an interesting concept. There's a lot of colorful pages all in different designs to color, but you don't just color in large swaths, you put in designs and lines and outlines wherever you choose. I think this will challenge me, because I am no artist. But I look forward to spending some time on this book.

I have ordered other color books, but this one is higher quality. You can take the pages out to work on it and reverse coloring is so much fun. The paper is thicker, so it is easy to work on and I like the designs she has created. I would recommend all the books by Kendra Norton.
