I’ve been suffering from scalp seb derm for about 5 years. I’ve tried everything: cortisone lotions and injections at the dermatologist, all of the medicated shampoos sold here on the Amazon, and social media “holy grail” scalp scrubs, probiotics and lotions but nothing worked and most made symptoms worse.Then one sleepless night, I went down a sub-Reddit rabbit hole and read about people having success using MCT oil and decided to give it a try. I purchased this brand, as they are organic and trusted. Within 2 hours of applying to scalp, my symptoms (burning, itching, tightness) improved by about 75%! I’ve been applying twice a day for 3 days now and although not 100% symptom free, it’s working way better than anything I’ve used.It does make my hair greasy at the application site and there’s no way to squeeze out a small amount of product (a lot comes out with each squeeze), but I don’t care as it’s helped me tremendously.

I've gone through my second bottle of this oil and love the texture and slight flavor it adds to my morning coffee. I'm on a ketovore diet right now, cycling from keto to carnivore. I've dropped 40 lbs fast and this mct oil is part of my strategy. It's brain fuel along with the caffeine and keeps me satiated until my OMAD (one meal a day) on my current carnivore/intermittent fasting period. I wish the oil was in a glass bottle. Not sure how much plastic is being absorbed into the oil. Maybe they use a certain material that doesn't leach into the oil. If so, they should state that in their description for those concerned. Also, I noticed they state that a tablespoon contains 14 grams, but the numbers don't add up, as they state 7.7 grams caprylic and 4 grams capric which equals 11.7 grams. But these two things are not deal killers for me. The price is good and the quality is good, so I'll buy again!

Excellent product. It add ketones and helps me lose weight. I’ve lost 2 pounds a week for months now and this product is a must for a keto diet. If I cheat on my diet I can take a swig of this and it boosts my ketones very quickly.
