Great Vegetarian Option
As a healthy substitute and a change up from lanolin (sheep's wool), this seems to be better for my body than the cholecalciferol from lanolin offered in most brands. Vegetarian friendly while also keeping me healthy. Easy to swallow. Do your research on where cholecalciferol has been used and discontinued for small animals...just sayin'

Plant derived K2
The vitamin K2 is plant derived. Not Sheep lanolin. I just recently found this out. If you have high Cholesterol LDL levels then you need to use the plant based K2. Talk to your Doctor before taking any supplements
