Really like this tracker, but…….see latest update.
I’ve previously had a Charge 4 and then a 5. Like them both, but all good things come to an end. Typical life span a little over 2 years. I’m ok with that. What I really like about this tracker is the smaller size. When my Charge 5 died (tried to wash it off under the faucet), I looked into the Charge 6. Reviews were not reassuring. So this one had more positive reviews and thought I’d give it shot. So far it’s been great. Easy to use, display responds well to touch, screen is legible, and it supports just what I need. Plus, it’s less $$ than the new Charge. At this point very happy with my purchase. Recommended. Will follow up with updates as needed. Update 5-10-24. So within three days battery dropped to 19%. A disappointment given the description states up to 10 days. So I made a few changes in the watch configuration and fully recharged. After36hours battery is at 66%. A week would be acceptable but anything less a disappointment. Update 5-13-24. Turned off always on display. Battery at 44% after 6 days, not bad. Happy I bought this tracker over the Charge 6. Update 6-1-24 Ok, I really like this tracker. Soooo glad I bought it over the Charge 6. It has yet to disappoint me and Im getting at least 8-9 days from a charge. Best part is I like the small profile and simplicity of the display. I see the large display watches and trackers and wonder why anyone would want such a clunky device on their wrist. Now if you wants apps, fancy displays, emergency calling, and all parameters on one screen, this tracker is not for you. So glad I made this purchase. 1-25-25. So the original Fitbit functionality was great throughout the past 9 months until the hinge point of the strap failed. The plastic where the pin secures the strap to the watch fractured. What to do? I tried some epoxy, worked for a few weeks. So I just ordered a new watch. Unfortunately, the watch gave me less than one year of service. Had it not been for its otherwise excellent performance I would have considered abandoning Fitbit. But I went and ordered a new one. Seems the watch is a disposable item with a life expectancy of less than a year. Too bad, seems few things in life have consistent longevity. I’ll have to see how long this one keeps me happy. I’m not going to deduct a star at this point. We’ll just have to see how this goes. 4-11-25 I really like this device. it has performed well. I've been reading a few negative reviews. Seems people expect too much from a small rather inexpensive fitness watch. This device is great as a tracker but is not without fault. Keep that in mind and you won't be disappointed. I think others feel they should get the equivalent of an expensive electrocardiogram or sleep results that you can only get from visiting a sleep center. Ain't gonna happen. Just use the device as it is intended, as a tracker. Overall, once the tracker has accumulated enough data on your habits, it will serve as a reliable reflection of your exercise and health. I think it is worth it and would buy another. 7-10-25 A few more months of use. No complaints. Good tracker. I sync it up with my iPhone and iPad. Sometimes it goes ok other times I need to pair it again. But not a major issue as it does catch up with the latest data. I rely on this compact tracker quite a bit for my steps, distance walked, exercise time, and general sleep quality. it also seems stop on with my resting heart rate. I still like it very much and would buy again. Another update 11-24-25. Watch very reliable thus far. No issues. Again the small profile of this watch is a real plus for me not to mention 8-9 day battery power. Use it mostly to track steps. I have a goal of 11000 steps / day and I’m on track with one month to go for a full year. Will buy another when this fails but I’m hoping to get more than one year out of this one.

Good watch for basics
Have had it for almost one year I believe? It does exactly what I wanted to do. Got it for my work so I could easily check the time without needing my phone and to track my steps and heart rate, which is the basics I wanted. Display is good, have not used the sleeping tracker but very happy being able to see my steps and heart rate which seem accurate. Phone synced up easily. Is comfy. Like that it’s small and not too big. I wear it all day from 8-12 hrs a day for work and anytime I go out. Charges last me a while? Think a full charge lasts a week. I can only charge it a certain way cause the cord is short and not a universal cord but I only charge it maybe once a week so it’s fine. I have gotten a few scratch marks from it hitting walls at work but it came out easily after I wiped it. Best function for me is just flipping my wrist a little and it shows me the time and my steps too (have it set up that way). And if someone calls me my watch vibrates so that’s cool. Honestly don’t use much of any other functions but it does everything I need. Easy to clean the band cause it definitely gets a bit dusty after wearing that almost everyday while working and sweating for months. Color is cute too.

Great watch, would recommend, happy I caved and bought it
I wanted to wait about a week before I reviewed and I gotta say I'm very happy with this. It's great. It's light weight, stylish and it even counts my steps on my pocket. Which is a huge plus because I work on fast food and they don't let you wear anything on your wrist. So being able to see my steps even when it's in my pocket is amazing. The fit is great, comes with an extra band that's longer if you need it. The charge is awesome. It last for days. One time I put it on the charger for at 51%, fed my cats, brushed my teeth and got ready for bed which all took about ten minutes and it was already at 80%. Also looooveee the fact you can change the display on it.10/10 It's a great fitness watch.

7 month review (as of Oct. 2026)
This is an okay Fitbit. I’ve used it 7 months. For the Bad: -Overtracks steps -frozen screen once, very fixable -small screen to manipulate (like really tiny) -Google Health app sucks more than the Fitbit app did The Good: -works 95% of the time -fit is comfortable and light (I sleep with it so this is really important -holds a charge for like a week or more -Tracks many metrics (sleep, walking, exercise, distance, hikes, many many more) Overall: This thing is pretty great, but could be better. For the price it’s really good.

My favorite watch
I bought my Inspire 3 just over a year ago to replace a really old Fitbit. The old watch still worked but the screen was so dim you couldn’t see anything on it outside. I LOVE this watch. I bought the yellow band, it is still looks brand new. I tried a screen protector from eBay that was a plastic cover you put over the whole thing but the touch sensitivity was 0. I took it off. I try to be careful with banging my wrist on things like walls. I do hit the screen from time to time but there are no scratches or cracks. Once the screen froze so I followed the reset instructions I found online. It fixed the frozen screen and I haven’t had trouble again since. I swim with it and put it in water mode. I’ll go to the gym and it will alert me and ask if I am working out Hit yes or no and it will track. Fitbit recently changed to Google Health and the app is so hard to understand. Fitbit was a way better app. I do find I need to sync almost every morning if I want to get phone related texts and call alerts. Sleep mode helps keep the automatic wrist turn light up from lighting up and silences phone alerts. I love the multiple alarm settings and you can pick repeat if you need to. The vibration on low is enough to wake me if I choose to use it as a wake up alarm. Overall, as with all technology, sometimes there can be duds. I am glad mine is not a dud.

Not a good choice to downgrade to.
This review is for people who are used to using Fitness watches. I have used many different brands over the years, including several Fitbits, a Samsung, a Garmin, cheap Chinese knockoffs, and 2 Apple Watch and decided the Apple Watch was just a bit too much data for me so gifted it to my daughter. Wasn’t too long before I realized I need something to force me back into sports so I got this little guy. Good size, soft fit, good quality, decent price, however, I question its quality in the data metrics it is providing. Here’s an example, I’m on a run and specifically watching my heart rate so I don’t over Max it, it starts warning me I’m at 180 bpm so I do the right thing and slow down. However, when I download the data onto the phone to track my overall workout, it says I never went over 155. One of those is wrong. I can tell you it’s the downloaded data that’s wrong because I know how to measure my own heart rate and I know what 155 feels versus 180, especially running uphill after being on rest a few weeks. It has Wrist temperature measures it doesn’t tell you why, pretty sure it means it’s meaningless. If you sleep with your arm in the sheet or out of the sheet, it will be a difference in the measurement. Blood oxygen, cool that they have it just realize It’s about 4 to 5% low on its reading. If you really need to know, it’s best to buy an oximeter. Now to why you probably purchased it, steps. Fitbit is notorious for counting everything as a step. I used to cheat the system by playing drums; 30 minutes of hard drumming and boy I got my 10,000 for the day. That never happened on my Apple Watch, don’t remember it on any of the others so can’t compare. Anyway, sorry for the long post, still a decent fitness watch for the starter but if you think this compares to your more expensive version, it will not. Get a better Fitbit if you want better telemetry. One thing to note to those switching from the Apple Watch, this one does not work with Apple health, but it does have a really nice Google Health app.

Great for tracking health - *UPDATED* JUNK!!!!
UPDATE #2 8/6/26 -- I hate to do this but I am once again dropping my rating down. This is now a 1 star product. On initial purchase, this thing seemed great. However, shortly after purchase the oxygen tracker stopped working as I mentioned in my original update on 7/17. Since then, the sleep monitor has gotten really wonky as well. For example, last night it claims that I slept for 3 minutes. I went to bed at 10:30pm and woke up at 5:30am but somehow it said I slept for 3 total minutes. It also gives me a "sleep score" of 40 over and over and over again. In the last 10 nights of sleep I probably got a 40 as my score on 8 of them. Is this thing broken? Or just junk? After doing some research I came to find out there use to be a Fitbit app and it worked pretty well. However, the within the last few months got rid of the fitbit app and now use the Google Health app to work with this watch and according to a lot of the reviews Ive been reading that seems to be when everything got goofy with this watch. People seem to feel they transitioned to the new Google Health app before they were ready and its led to a lot of glitches.... That would make sense since this watch completely stopping the oxygen tracking and giving me a 40 as my sleep score 95% of the time time regardless of how good or bad I sleep sure seems to be a glitch to me!! Like I said, last night it said I slept for 3 minutes even though I was in bed for 7 hours lol lol lol..... I don't know if the watch itself is junk or if the watch doesn't properly sync with the new app or what the story is, but at this point I have nothing at all good to say here. Half the functions literally don't even work anymore and because of that I don't even know if I should trust the functions that "supposedly" do work...... This went from seeming to be a nice watch right after purchase to being a complete piece of garbage in just a short period of time. UPDATED 7/17/26 -- This was originally a 5 star review (see my original review below). I am dropping it to 2 stars. Everything in my original review still stands, except for one problem that I consider a major problem. The SP O2 tracker on there (that's the oxygen level tracker) just randomly STOPPED WORKING a few days after owning the watch. I tried numerous troubleshooting options that were suggested, reinstalling the app, re-pairing the blue tooth, adjusting the watch face, wearing it tighter on my wrist, cleaning the under side sensors, making sure firmware is up to date, etc. etc. it still does not work. Everything else works fine, but the oxygen sensor gives me no reading at all. It worked for about 3-4 days, then just stopped and hasn't worked since. This is a VERY important feature to me since I struggled with Oyxgen levels at times in my life due to asthma - so not having this feature is a big let down. And in searching the internet for possible fixes I am finding out many others have the same issue and nobody has a fix for it..... So, yeah. It is now a 2 star product, ORIGINAL REVIEW -- To start my review, let me say that I had no desire and no want for a watch that received my text messages or phone calls. In my opinion, those seemed like stupid features because I always have my cell phone on me, so why would I need to get calls and texts on the watch. But if that is something that you are looking for, then you should probably disregard my 5 star review because from what I understand this watch does NOT have a mic for talking on phone calls with and I think it only notifies you when you get a text, but you can't respond to it. You may want to verify that info though because I did not buy it for those things and haven't played with those options at all. I specifically bought this watch to monitor health related things.... daily steps, calories burned, heart rate, oxygen level, sleep patterns, etc. and it really does a great job with all of that. It also allows you to set up daily routines and exercise schedules, though I have not played with those features yet since they aren't overly important to me. I've been using the watch for about 2 weeks now and it really does a nice job of monitoring all health related activity. While monitoring my sleep it tells me an overall score for my sleep, but then also breaks it down to show how much time I spent in an REM cycle, how much time was in deep sleep (to rest your muscles), how much time was in light sleep (to rest your mind), how many times you woke up, etc. Very useful info!!! Not only does it track this info daily, but it also stores it for you can few it in chart and graph format over the course of weeks and months to see where you are improving or where you need to get better. The battery life seems pretty decent. I got about 10 days from a full charge. The face of the watch is small. It's about the same width as the wrist band. I suppose some people might not like that since it can be hard to read, but I personally love the small face. The small face makes it very comfortable to wear and since all of the data can be viewed on your phone via the app that the watch communicates with, the small screen on the watch is fine. I do all the actual monitoring of my health data from my phone. All in all I guess it boils down to you what you looking for. Like I said, this watch doesn't offer much in regards to phone calls and texts and email. If that's what you are looking for, definitely look elsewhere. But if you just need something to monitor heart rate, steps, calories burned, oxygen level, sleep patterns, etc. this thing really does the trick. It's a lot cheaper than other brands out there and the small face makes it comfortable. And from the app you can pretty much do all your tweaking as far as setting up notifications, enabling and disabling certain features, etc. It's not the top watch out there by any means, but it's also alot cheaper than some of the watches out there. If you just need something comfortable to wear to keep track of health and vitals, I highly recommend this guy.
