Took Time to Adjust, But Now It’s the Best Pillow I’ve Tried
I bought the C CUSHION LAB Deep Sleep Pillow because I’ve been dealing with severe neck and upper back pain. I’ve tried four other pillows with similar contour/orthopedic designs, but none of them really worked for me — and at first, this one felt like more of the same.Out of the box, it felt well-made and had a nice design, but it didn’t immediately ease my pain. The support felt off, and I was honestly close to returning it.BUT — after a week or two of consistent use, something changed. The pillow gradually molded to the shape of my neck and shoulders, and it finally started providing the support I was looking for. Now, it feels like it was made just for me. My neck feels more supported through the night, and I’ve been waking up with noticeably less tension and stiffness.Pros:• High-quality materials and construction• Thoughtful ergonomic design for side/back sleepers• After breaking in, offers fantastic support• No chemical smell out of the boxCons:• Needs a “break-in” period before it feels right• Might not work for everyone right away (patience is key)Final thoughts: If you’re in pain and haven’t found the right pillow yet, this one is worth trying — but give it time. It didn’t work miracles overnight, but it grew into exactly what I needed. Stick with it before giving up — it might just surprise you like it did me.

Awesome pillow
My neck was killing me and I’ve been experimenting with various pillows. The worst are the down alternatives. And I’m not a fan of memory foam ones that hardens with cold weather either.I received this pillow couple days ago and I absolutely love it so far. I do sleep a little hot this pillow feels cool and it does not feel like most memory foam. I’m a side and back sleeper and it feels supportive to me so far. Very high quality matches he price. My pillow does not have any lumps or unevenness. Ii do not plan or recommend washing the pillow itself except the pillow case using gentle cycle. That’s just me. It’s on the higher side but a very small price for a good night sleep. I do not feel it’s over price. It does not look like your regular pillow but so what, it solves an important issue so I will put it behind a regular pillow for bed aesthetics but no reason not to buy this pillow. I’m not paid for this advertising but highly recommend this pillow.03/27/2025Ordered 2 more.

Cushion Lab deep sleep cervical pillow
I’ve used it 3 nights. First night felt pretty nice, but last 2 nights I keep waking up because it feels hard. I think even the lower side might be too high for my neck.I’m going to try it out for a couple more nights, but I’m afraid it’s just too hard foam material.Update:I kept it and bought a second one for less during Prime days. The first one is still hardish; the second one seems more soft yet supportive. So on the first one I cut some of the height off of the lower side and it’s better for my neck. It’s still less comfortable than the second one I bought. The second one the lower side neck height is ok so I’ve been sleeping on it. This pillow is more favorable than the first one I bought. If you find it too hard after trying for a couple nights, I suggest returning it. Order another one to see if it’s better. If that’s not, return and give up.How long this pillow will last, I don’t know. But I hope for years.I didn’t have any issues with them having loose clumps and so far after maybe a month now, it’s still solid. The lady who showed the foam completely loose and clumps, if you read her review, she washed the foam. You cannot wash foam; only the cover.

UPDATED! Great (in the short term) pillow, ridiculously terrible customer service
**Updated below original text**Honestly this is the pillow I’ve been looking for after many, many, MANY failed attempts to find one that is comfortable and won’t kill my neck. The only issue (other than the odor which fades pretty quickly) was that there are chunks loose under the removable cover which causes lumps on one side— pictured with my review. Thankfully it’s on the side I don’t currently use so it doesn’t stop me from using it. The thing is, when you pay $100+ for a pillow it doesn’t feel right having to settle for a defect like that right out of the box so I decided to contact the manufacturer to explore options. I followed the Amazon guidelines and sent a message to the manufacturer through their site which boasts a 12 hour response time. It’s now been over 12 days and I haven’t heard a peep in response. This unprofessional level of service was enough for me to knock a star off what should be a five star pillow. My hope is that my experience is a one off that still left me with a sour taste over what should be an easily praised product.********************************Three months. That's how long this pillow lasted. THREE MONTHS.After never getting a single reply from their customer service for the physical defects of the pillow (mentioned in the original review) I still used it because it costs too much to discard over something that didn't impact the usability of the thing. For a while it was great! Super comfortable and supportive. I slept like a damn baby for a few months there until suddenly I noticed my head sinking lower and lower towards the mattress. Don't get me wrong, I have an abundant cranium that'll pit any pillow against the forces of gravity but even with my plus-sized skull... three months? Come on.Soon I had a debilitating neck pain from the lack of support. It took a week and a half for my neck to feel normal with the use of prescription anti-inflammatories, alternating heat/ice and an insulting amount of Aspercreme for someone to use when their not quite in their 40s. Throughout that recovery process I also stopped using my Cushion Lab's pillow to ensure more damage couldn't be done.I was very disappointed if not disillusioned that a pillow priced and praised at this level could fail me so quickly. My last attempt to reach out to Cushion Lab didn't yield anything in return, however, those decent few months at least earned them another chance to make it right. I reached out again with a civil message detailing my woes. This plea was not hostile nor accusatory but rather one just asking for help because their product failed me when I really, really needed it. Weeks passed and nothing was said back. Not a single message, call, carrier pigeon, emoji or acknowledgement of any kind. Even a "sorry it's not our fault you have a comically large head" would have me looking at this situation through an entirely different lens.So here we are. I've changed my review to one star and that's truly a shame. The sad thing is I had been looking at some of their other products for my office chair AND recommended the bed pillow to many people. Amazing how an opinion can change so quickly when all I was looking for was ANYTHING back when help was requested. There are other pillow options out there that likely won't make you feel broken or ones that at least have customer support of some kind. Cushion Labs no longer fits either of those categories.
