I am beyond impressed with this product. It's sturdy, feels very durable. It works perfectly for scooping fried foods, draining excess oil. The handle is sturdy doesn’t get hot. This is great for many different uses. This tool makes the process cleaner and more efficient. I definitely recommend this skimmer to anyone who loves to fry at home!

This works great for lifting pasta such as ravioli from a cooking pot. It is a convenient size, not too large or small, and seems sturdily made. I will use this frequently and expect it to outlast me. A great addition to the kitchen.

The craftsmanship to start seems pretty good with this item and it’s not very heavy for its size because it is pretty big compared to others. For the price I think it’s a great value. Not to hard to clean but it can’t be ran under hot water and it’s clean it will need to be scrubbed with whatever you use for dishes. The size is perfect for a fry daddy you can pick whatever is frying out with one scoop.

I got this because I wanted something that would hold more food than a regular slotted spoon when serving or draining food from a pot. This is fantastic! It's large without being too large. It will hold at least 3 to 4 times the amount of a regular slotted spoon! And you know what that means - it's a lot faster & less wear & tear on your hands & wrists! It's fantastic for draining pasta, boiled potatoes, hard boiled eggs, veggies, etc.. It has become one of my favorite kitchen tools. Since it is metal, do be careful when using with non-stick pans. It is very sturdy & very well made, you will not be replacing it any time soon. It should last many, many years. I highly recommend this!
