Very happy with my purchase
They are great pots and pans. There is serious when they say not to heat it up past a certain point. It is not good for the finish. The pots that we have used properly look brand new. The one that got heated up too much. Has food stick to it. The sponge that they include is amazing, but it has to be used according to the instructions.

Super happy on Induction range top
I have had these pans for a year now and I'm super happy with them on my induction range top. Non stick and durable. I do not put them in the dishwasher because they are so quick and easy to clean. No chips anywhere and I cook daily.

We love these pans.
We stayed at a condo that had a set of these on vacation. They worked perfectly and I was so impressed, I bought some for us to use at home. Plus it was time to dispose of our Pampered Chef worn out pans and skillets. Now we have cast iron and these to use. They come with felt for stacking and have a great appearance. It is versatile and can NOT be used on high heat. But heat (we have gas) transfers on low to cook eggs. We use cast iron for pancakes, fatty meats (beef smoked sausage) and other items. Other than that, we use these.

DON'T DO IT
I wish I could give it a half star. These may start out as great pans, but that will quickly change. Forgot about the non stick part and wait until they start chipping. I never use metal utensils when I cook with them, I hand wash them all, I use the felt in between the pans and 6 out of the 7 pans have chips in them. They are under the 2 year warranty but they say this is normal. This was the first time I splurged on getting quality pans (so I thought). I will NEVER buy the pans again and tell everyone i know to stay away. I'm going to continue the fight to get my money back because this is unacceptable.

First Green Set
So my family have been trying to switch out our cookware to ceramic and replace our older non-stick cookware. Pros: - Sturdy - Glass Lids - Ceramic coating - Easy to Clean (At First) Cons: - Expensive I did a lot of research on the Ceramic Cookware trend and decided to try them. Overall, I am quite pleased with the set. For the most part, it has stood up to daily cooking. The pot and pans have gradually begun to lose that easy clean and non-stick attribute. In a couple of pans, there is slight discoloration in a couple of spots that you just cannot seem to remove. But they do perform well enough. I am not certain if I would buy these again or try a different set but everything I have read was GreenPan was it. I am not a true follower I suppose. While I think the product is definitely much better than the non-stick cookware I was using before. I see the same types of issues I had with those starting to occur with these. Food beginning to stick to the ceramic. Getting harder and harder to clean over time. Stains in the ceramic surface. I think it is fair to say that they are a much better product than worrying about the Teflon flaking off of my older cookware. But is it that much better with regards to performance. Bottom line - I feel better about using it to feed myself, my family and others. But it still suffers from the same issues as any other cookware with use over time. I do find myself taking extra care of this cookware to help extend its life and ensure the value to the price tag. But as to buying them again .. that is yet to be determined

Great when the pans are new
I read reviews and yet still decided to purchase these pans knowing that pans don’t last forever. I bought this set that consists of four pans, and three pots. In terms of the nonstick surface, all the pans/pots with the exception of the largest frying pan are still in excellent condition. They’re easy to clean. Food doesn’t stick, they’re still great. The large pan, however, is now at the point where food sticks badly in the center. I bought the pans 7.5 mos ago, so I feel like the pan should have last a year at least??) So, if you are trying to find a pan that lasts a really long time (let me know!) this isn’t it. The pans aren’t expensive, so I am not feeling super ripped off, but it’s still disappointing that the pan only lasted a few months. The other thing that really bums me out about these pans is that the small sauce pot does not work on my induction stove. So, I have to use the bigger pot for everything even if I am heating a small amount of food or liquid. All the other ones work, but for some reason the small one won’t. For all these reasons, this is why I can’t say that I totally love this cookware. :(

Lots of potential but has problems
I've been using these pans and pots for over a year. I was very excited about them and had never spent so much on a set of pots/pans before. My biggest issue is how much the edges and bottoms of ALL of the pots and pans have chipped. We don't use metal utensils like the instructions suggested, but the pots/pans still chip really easily. I'm very disappointed with that aspect. Here are my pros/cons: Pros: - Easy to clean - Induction cooking (we bought an little induction stovetop and use it all the time with these pots and pans, which uses electricity and saves us on gas) - Sturdy - Comes with some felt protectors to put between pans - This set comes with a good variety - Dishwasher/oven safe - Food doesn't stick when cooking Cons - LOTS of chipping on edges and bottom of all pans (this issue outweighs most of the pros) - Handles of lids and sometimes handles of pots/pans get really hot--you'll need to use an oven mitt - Expensive I wish I could get a refund or a new set but I think it's too late at this point. Oh well.

Incredibly Happy with GreenPan!
When we decided to ditch all of our teflon plans, I spent almost FIVE hours reading articles, building a spreadsheet, and comparing over ten brands to determine what we should get. We were replacing 4 pans, so it was most cost effective to go with a full set versus individuals. Here is the criteria I was tracking: - Industry Rank (from the articles I was referencing) - # Pots/Pans in each set (excluding cooking utensils and lids) - Total Price & Price per Item (again excluding utensils and lids) - Oven Temperature (this was really important as I put pans in the oven frequently) - Where they were made (most are made in China) - Warranty - Lead/Cadmium Free I knew from buying other mid-quality sets that anything under $150 is not high enough quality to be worth it in the long run. Of 13 brands, I narrowed it down to GreenPan (their Valencia series), Zwilling Spirit Ceramics, and Cuisinart Green Gourmet. From there I went to the product reviews and looked at the spread between 5 Stars and 1 Star, and this is where GreenPan stood out. My husband and I both cook (I did have to walk him through the "Rules" a couple times, and hide all our metal cooking utensils), and we both love using these. It's been a couple months of continuous use: eggs (scrambled & poached), sausages, steaks/lamb chops, and sauteed veggies and they're still going great. My parents bought a Zwilling pan a couple months before us and it's already losing it's stick. I think these are very successful pans IF you cook properly with them. We never heat over medium, if we use oil it's avocado oil, or butter/ghee. No sprays, no olive oils. Cleaning is very easy, but I do sometimes have to tackle a spot with my finger nail. It comes off easy at that point and you can feel when your pan has returned to it's clean finish. The only reason I give a 4 star review for durability and overall is because the edges are somewhat fragile. There is a very tiny chip on the rim of one pan (less than a pin-head size), so we are very careful when washing and hanging near our other pots. The only other downside is that there is no lid for the large fry pan. We kept our Calphalon lid from our previous set and it works just fine, but wish it matched. Overall, VERY comfortable making this purchase after all the research, and very happy with the results. The protective felt liners are also very useful!

High quality, non stick
I waited a for a month of use to review. If you follow the instructions, don't always use the highest heat setting, use non metal utensils, use the protectors to nest etc this set should last a long time. Very easy to clean, even heat. My only complaint is the pot lids don't have a hole for steam that my old set had so you have to leave the lid tilted on pot to avoid boil over.

Waste of money. Trying to return
I’ve had these pans for a little over a month. And have used according to the directions with a little oil. Everything sticks to the pan. Burning the food. I’ve tried turning the heat down, still burns. Also today I noticed that some of the pans were beginning to peel. Incredibly bummed as I was hoping these would last us for years. - didn’t make 2 months.

Very delicate
incredibly beautiful pots. very gentle to use. from improper storage I damaged one. now everything has started to stick to it. if one scratch appears it is a disaster. I wash it in the dishwasher. one minus. the handle gets very hot! impossible to touch. always have to use a glove

Perfektes Kochen

Amazing!
I absolutely love my new pots and pans. I have had them for a few months and they are amazing! My only complaint is the lids. There are two of the same size for the deeper pot but there isn't one for the large pans. With us having a gas burner the Handel's can get hot as well. They are heavy duty so the are pretty heavy. I am weak so it can be hard to us one hand when trying to strain them. But they are so worth it I just have to make sure I have two hands when pouring the food out. Sorry for the horrible photos. But they are SUPER easy to clean. I can easily run water over the pan and wipe it out super easy. I'm obsessed
