This are good pans, nice size, Things do not seem to burn in them but they seem a bit sticky when it comes to getting cookies off after baking.

These seem heavy and durable, compared to other jelly roll and cookie pans I have of similar size, so I think they will bake things very well. However, they are *not* 13" x 18". They are 11" x 17" at the widest.

Perfect for cookies and biscuits.

I’ve been married 26 years. I’ve had kids for 16 years. I’ve had cookie sheets and cake pans, but only got these sheet pans this year. What was I doing with my life before?!? These are perfect for roasting veggies, baking bacon, and making cookies. They are truly nonstick and clean up SO easily. They do not warp (like some cookie trays I’ve had in the past). I use them several times a week. Highly recommend.

Have used one pan to cook a pound of bacon at 400° and one corner of the pan warped dramatically. I don't at all like baking pans that warp, as it results in uneven cooking and spilled liquids in the oven. Perhaps I should have known by the price, but was hoping that the "...57% heavier carbon steel..." would ensure a heavyweight pan. Once out of the oven the pan returns to flatness, but then who cares?
