The only small issue is that the blue light is extremely bright, but for the price, I can get over that and would definitely buy again.

Bought product last year, worked when used. However, tried to use today (to delay start slow cooker and rice cooker for my boys' supper (I want going to be home before their practicr) and one did not work. Very irritating because I had to come home at lunch which is an inconvenience. Update: contacted company to report my general irritation; almost immediately I received refund for broken timer. I'll order again from them just for the customer service.

Programming RANDOM mode does not work using the instructions that come with the unit. I had to call tech support and was told to look at one of the CUSTOMER videos. I will do so tonight, but this is ridiculous and a large time expenditure so far. I will update this review if I get it to work.

Work very well. A little confusing for me when setting up; time during setup on one put the timer in the "On' position but the lamp did not come on - maybe I missed something in the instructions, but, I let it go through its cycle and it was fine the next day (no big deal for me.). Seems like a well made product. It is also quite vs. some mechanical timers.

Works great, easy to program. I'm using it to turn off the night lights in my kid's rooms long after they're asleep. I am especially pleased that they keep their settings and time even when unplugged or power loss occurs which is less than I can say for traditional timers.

Cannot figure out how to program tho it specifically says simple to use. I must be stupid!

Working great. Have to admit the directions were not the easiest to follow. Needed to plug in and turn on before it would work on auto/random. Love the random off on setting. Once it finally got programmed it has worked very well. No noise while running.

Works great, I enjoy the random feature. I like this so much I leave them on a couple lights year round. As mention when on the blue LED is a bit bright, kind of a distraction, this LED is on when the time allows the power ON. I covered the little LED with a smal clip of black tape.

I've changed my rating due to the second one not working. First one is great, well packaged and still going strong! When I originally bought these, I only needed one at the time. I've now increased my production and went to use it and it doesn't work. I've read other reviews which said to reset, I've done that. I've also tried using different outlets, ect ..no luck! Rather disappointed because my equipment is all set up and ready to go, and this halts everything! Bought in May 2020 so I guess an exchange or refund is outta the question. Any advice would be helpful and much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I bought this because someone asked a question on the number of "events" (on/off cycles), and the response was that you could have ten per day.Well, you can have a total of ten events on any day, but that total is for the whole device. So if you use them all for "Monday" (for example), you will have nothing left for any other days. The timer doesn't keep time accurately at all. I set the time accurately in the morning, programmed it to turn off at 7:00pm, but by 4:00pm the same day it was turning off because it thought it was already 7:00pm.I've re-set the time on it many times, but it always is too fast. Even looking at the seconds counting by, you can see that they are going by way too quickly.

might have been a bad batch, but timer was going off by a minute a day.cost $16 to ship back, to get a $4 to cover shipping back :(

Just got a pair of these and they were very easy to set up and after couple of tests they work as programmed. The plastic and the buttons feel a bit on the cheap side and the device as stated in another review is bulky so it can potentially block other outlets but you can easily avoid that by using extension cords. It only has one outlet as advertised so if you are looking to control two different outlets at the same time then this is not for you.
