My dog loves this. He doesn't play with it for more than 20 minutes, give or take. Then he's bored with it unless I interact. As a puppy he played with the smaller varieties for a long time. Two at once work even better since he generally can't coral both at the same time. Generally he plays with it for a few minutes, then gnaws/bites on it, emitting a loud cracking sound. Having owned the smaller models, I can say with some certainty that while it does slowly degrade it (It's the two plastic halves underneath the silicon mold popping open briefly), it doesn't break it. I let him gnaw it for a while then take it away. He's put some dents in it, so it won't last forever, but it does put up with the abuse very well.Doesn't roll on thick carpet at all.But handles rugs well.Very loud on some floors -- keep in mind if you live above someone.~2-4 playtime. My dog is usually done with it by 30 minutes. But he always enjoys when I bust it out again.

I purchased this ball for my 5 month old puppy. She loved it but unfortunately it is of very poor quality. The first time around I went to charge it and the charge broke inside the ball. I repurchased a new one. This time around the ball has stopped working. It doesnt jump or vibrate any more like it used to. I find I spent way too much money for something that though my puppy loved , is horrible quality.

I can not give this product a fair evaluation or rating as it was not suitable for my dog and I had it only a day or two.Pros: The ball appears to be well made. It functions as described. It was easy to charge and charged relatively quickly. The ball came fully charged and ready for use. The description stated you probably would need to use "two knuckles" to turn the ball on and off. I found that I was able to accomplish that task pressing hard with one thumb.Cons: The description of this ball states suitable for medium sized dogs. My dog is just over 40 pounds and this ball is too big for her to get in her mouth around. It is my opinion that this ball is best for a large dog such as a German Shepherd, Labrador, or Golden Retriever or even larger.The ball is about the size of a baseball. The ball is also heavy and I seriously doubt a medium sized dog would want to play with such a heavy toy.As previously stated many times, the ball does not roll or bounce well on thick carpet. I found it worked best on a smooth wood floor. This ball is NOT a chew toy. It is too expensive for a dog who is going to try to chew it up.My dog has absolutely no interest in toys of any kind. I was hoping that maybe with an interactive toy, like this ball, she might be persuaded to play. I will say is that for about 3 or 4 minutes, she watched it intently. She eventually went into another room to get away from this ball.

I bought this for my Goldendoodle. She is almost a year old and I was looking for something to keep her occupied when I worked. At first she was scared of it when it vibrated and I thought I would have to return. She loves it now. Just wish the charge lasted longer.

I bought this toy for my 1 year old standard poodle about a month ago. She loves it and it has held up well (some chew marks but no damage to the toy itself and the movement functions work very well). My only issue with the product is that I went to charge it today and the end of the charger will no longer go into the ball. I’ve been able to charge it many times before and this has never been an issue. Not sure if something inside the ball shifted, but the exterior hole and the interior port apparently don’t line up anymore. I have a very excited dog here who doesn’t understand why her ball isn’t working anymore. Great toy, but not worth the money if it effectively breaks after one month of use.

Let me say first that this is my 2 year old golden doodle’s favorite favorite toy. I keep it in a charging station in my island at night, and the first thing he does in the morning is sit in front of this drawer and cry for his ball. However, it has a real issue with it’s charging design. I bought my ball in the beginning of November 2022 and they replaced it for me free of charge January 2023. It lasted two months. The ball is in excellent condition. But the charging apparatus does not last at all. They sent me a new ball as I said free of charge, but the charging mechanism came apart inside the ball it left a small tube of metal in the ball. I bought a new charging chord but it still won’t work. It will only light up green instead of blinking and it doesn’t charge. I have to say that customer service was wonderful to work with. But you just can’t keep on replacing this ball. What I think it needs is a small charging platform with the charging tube sticking up in the air where you can just place the ball on it and it’ll be heavy duty and lasting. My dog still walks around with it in his mouth, but doesn’t play with it anymore.

The charger broke in the ball! I was so disappointed I was looking for the prong piece, then I saw it was stuck in the ball! I didn't break it! I have other products that plug in that fashion too....

The ball came quickly and we thought this would be a fun toy for our pup that loves playing fetch, but it’s both worth the money.First, we got the ball, but no charger was provided. Amazon itself was unhelpful, so I had to reach out to the manufacturer and didn’t get a response until I emailed three times. I just finally received the charger (after 2 months of waiting). The ball itself didn’t stay charged for more than 5 days. It’s also really hard to get the ball to turn on. Now that we finally have the charger, we charged the ball, but now you can’t actually turn it on to be interactive.Save your money.
