Children's really enjoyed this book

It’s cute, 5 and 7 year old daughters really enjoy it

This is an awesome book for my 2.5 year old. He asks to read it every night.

Cute story with intentionally simple rhyming and phonic repetition. The story itself is silly for young readers - my youngest started really liking it around 1.5yo. My 4 year old is now asking more questions about the language, rhyming words, etc. It has been cool to see the progress. I would not buy for the story, but a good stepping stone for language awareness and learning to read. If you pick one, buy Bee Makes Tea - it’s our favorite story in the series and has been better for language development/reading than Giraffe in the Bath and Kangaroo at the Zoo (haven’t tried others).

I bought this to read to my grandchildren. At first, I thought what a silly story. However, my under 5 years of age grandchildren love it. They never get tired of hearing the story read to them, and they certainly don't find it silly. For some reason it makes perfect sense to them.

Great with a QR code at the end to have the story read out loud.
