Love this vest for dog walking at night for safety and visibility. Has multiple modes (steady, flashing) and charges easily with a USB. The battery lasts a long time!

Safe for walking in low light.
Works great but needs to be charged after a few hours. Comes with dual charger for charging both sides at same time. Lightweight. Great price.

Comfortable for running & serves its purpose
As a runner, this "vest" is very lightweight, doesn't bounce around on me, is adjustable, and lights up plenty so that I can be seen. The charge seems to last a long time on the batteries. I charge about every 3 or 4 days. It lights up on the front and back and there are three modes of lighting choices. You can control the front and back individually. For the price, I am happy with it.

Not bright or sturdy, but deters coyotes
Brightness - It's weak:It's not nearly as bright as described. It does have a rather weak vertical glowing source on the front and the back, but none at all on the shoulder straps or waist-belt. — Those parts are merely reflective. I wish the "vest" were bright enough for me to see the ground in front of me, especially the skunks on my path. I still have to use my phone's flashlight to see the ground to avoid tripping on uneven pavement. After a driver cut me off to pull into a driveway, I confirmed with them that the vest is only visible from a very close distance, (like when all cars are stopped at an intersection as I'm also waiting to cross). However, because the light is weak, and because there is no light visible from the sides, I also still use my phone flashlight to shine down on my feet to be more visible to cars and to be able to see my walking path. (I just try to angle the flashlight to not blind any dogs who are also out walking.) The vest is visible to other pedestrians from as far away as across the street, but it will not blind oncoming pedestrians the way a headlamp does.Build Quality - It's Cheap:The electronic portion is cheaply made. The micro USB plug does not fit well into the port, and the charging cable is flimsy. The light unit has fallen out of its pocket & gotten lost. So, I purchased another one but later found the lost light unit on the ground outside. I kept the new "vest" anyway, because the old one's recharging cable was breaking after recharging about 100 times. (The wire's sleeve separated from the plug, leaving the wires exposed.) And, I felt a mild sense of nervousness walking at night without it, given its positive qualities and the lack of better options. The vest is very light and not that sturdy, but it stays on for walking or jogging.Wildlife Deterrence:An unexpected bonus is that the lights actually seem to deter coyotes, but not skunks. Before I started using this "vest", coyotes would rush past me in the streets, even though I was using a headlamp and my phone's flashlight to walk at night, whether they were coming from the front, behind, or from the side. They would get close to me or cut me off, even though they could see me.When I wear this vest, coyotes seem to purposely avoid me by crossing the street, clearing a wide berth around me, or changing directions away from me.It could be that since I'm the only one in the neighborhood among many nighttime walkers that wears this type of vest, the coyotes were simply startled by the unfamiliarity. If they start acting like jerks again, I'll try to update. The skunks still don't care and still cut directly across my path, almost getting underfoot, but they are usually looking down closer to the ground, not up. Once and jerk always a jerk, I guess. At least they don't spray me, so I will accept aloofness.

Works
Great product. I was going to give it 4 stars because it feels really cheaply made but what else can I expect from something this cheap? Functions well enough and the different light modes are great.
